Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 4 KW, Indoor type air cooled constant current regulator (CCR) of microprocessor controlled based suitable for operation on 240/415 Volts + 10%, 50 Hz input AC supply with 5 steps variation of suitable current output (2.8,3.4,4.0,5.2,6.6 Amps) suitable for local and remote control operation with suitable control supply and able to communicate with PC or PLC controlled system, with output current indicated on multifunction digital display, over current, over voltage, open circuit and earth fault protection and earthleakage meter, positive back indication equipments, relays, contactors, complete as required for the 4KW rating and confirming to TS specifications enclosed. (FAA Compliant).

Supply of Medium intensity elevated type omni directional LED Taxiway Edge Light Fitting with 1W LED including blue lens for LED and CI base plate and assembly with heat resistant accessories, prism assembly, optical assembly, "O" ring seal, pressure relief test plug, lenses, connecting lead, all required hardware etc. as per confirming to ICAO Annex-14 requirement.

Supply of FAA certified LED type Inset unidirectional Stop Bar fitting for Aviation Visual Aid at Taxiway Line suitable for curved section complete with LED, shallow base and matching Body, single plug, inner and outer cover complete with other accessories ready for site installation suitable for 6.6 Aetc as required.(Fittings similar and compatible to the existing at Sarsawa AFS)

Fabrication, Supply, Installation,Testing & commissioning of internally illuminated LED based Mandatory Taxiway guidance signage of various size made out of 4mm thick glare free poly carbonate sheet at front and body made out of 2 mm thick powder coated aluminum profile having minimum width of 150mm and supported at back by 50mm dia (Nominal size),3mm thick, die cast aluminum pipe at a separation and frangible coupling as required.Light Source shall be highly luminious, long life typical 50,000 Hrs. type, 0.5 watts LED's assembled on aluminum PCB of size 700mm X 20mmX2mm having 11 LED's per PCB for boards having height 800mm or more & 500mmX20mmX2mm PCB having 8 LED's per PCB for board having height 600mm respectively.These aluminium PCB should be places not more than 160mm apart across the length of the board in order to ensure uniform distribution of light across the board.Efficiency of LED shall have delivered minimum output 95 lumens per watt and colour temperature should be more then 5000 Kelvin with proper heat dissipation. The signage boards with length varying from 800 mm to 3000mm shall be suitable for operation on series circuit at variable current from 2.8 amp - 6.6 amp (brightness of the signage should be constant with current variation) including supply and installation of suitable single capacity/ wattage electronic converters and isolating transformers for entire length of sign boards. All the signage shall have letters and symbols made by computerized cutting of vinyl and pasting on the polycarbonate sheet from inside/outside of the sign face of required color as per ICAO Annex 14 Vol1(legends as approved by EIC).Scope of work shall included for Installation of mounting each legs with grouting accessories i.e anchor bolts,washer, frame,base plate etc. complete as required but excluded civil concrete works.

Supply of 15 watt, 6.6A/6.6A, rating 5KV, 50 Hz series Isolating transformers encapsulated in polyster resin, finally moulded in neoprene type rubber and with primary and secondry connections confirming to specification as required.

Supply of 200 watt, 6.6A/6.6A, rating 5KV, 50 Hz series Isolating transformers encapsulated in polyster resin, finally moulded in neoprene type rubber and with primary and secondry connections confirming to specification as required.

Supply of 6 Sqmm, 5 KV grade plug and receptacle of type 1 class B connector and suitable field attachment for 5 KV grade PVC insulated PVC sheathed single core 6 sqmm size copper conductor cable confirming to the specified specification etc complete as required.

Making field connections by crimping 6/16 sq.mm. plug & receptable with existing 6/16 sq.mm. single core PVC copper conductor cable including filling the gap with water sealent material applying HT insulation tape over which again applying PVC insulation tape complete etc as required.

Supply of C.I. Transformer housing box water tight round type metal container of out side dia of 330 mm, height 450 mm made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round except on top surface which is 15 mm thick suitable to receive a light fitting base plate at the top and underground housing associated with transformer power cable and having a clear hole/s center at one side surface center 75 mm above bottom surface & check nut having two earth bolts & four nuts with washer of M 10x30mm welded inside near the hole (4" away from the hole center) and having following nos. hole suitable to receive 50mm dia GI/HDPE pipe and an other one a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to received 15 mm dia 'B" class G.I. pipe & having clear opening of 220 mm at top surface and 6 nos. M 10 tapped hole at the centere of 260 mm to receive light fitting base plate and bolts and as required.

Installation, testing & commissioning of elevated fitting on the existing transformer housing box including installation of isolating transformer, lens, filters, lamps and other accessories, alignment leveling making transformer connection, earth connection etc. connecting plug & receptacles etc complete as required.

Installation, testing & commissioning of inset light fitting with core cutting,drilling,aligning and setting including providing sealing material/quick setting sealant compound , making transformer connections,earth connections etc connecting plug & receptacles & alingment of fittings with instruments complete as required.

Installation of transformer housing boxes with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630x630x100mm thick all round concrete of 1:2:4, 150mm thick top sloped with 1:2:4 cement concrete including providing and fixing 300 mm long 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe with check nut for drainage of water including excavation of earth and refilling complete etc as required.

Relocation of Elevated/Inset AGL fitttings along with housing Box, Fittings , Isolating Transformer and accessories(dismantling of CI housing box and civil concrete work will be paid extra) and Re-installation, testing and commisioning with all acessories complete etc as required.

Supply of 6.0 sq.mm. 5KV grade PVC insualted & PVC sheathed, antitermite & antirodent standard copper conductor single core Airfield lighting cable confirming IS 1554 (Part-1) with upto date amendent and confirming to particular specification etc. as required.

Supply of Armoured LT control cable of copper conductor of following size (i) 12 C x 1.5 sq mm

Supply of 50 mm outer dia. DWC/ HDPE pipe as per IS:4984:1995,Material Grade:PE 80, PN 10 and as per specified in particular specification.

Laying of 50 mm outer dia DWC HDPE pipe including coupling,splicing of pipe direct in ground (80 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. , complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed runway cable of 5 KV grade of 6.0 sqmm size or armoured controle cable of size 12 core in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/DWC pipe as required.

Supply of 2core X 4 sq.mm AFL secondary lead made out of annealed tinned copper conductor, EPR insulalted PCP sheathed,unarmoured,anti termite & anti rodent treated 600V/1100V grade cable for connection between isolating transformer and airfield light fixtures as specified in particular specification etc complete as required.

Laying of size 2x4 Sqmm secondary lead and making interconnection between isolating transformer and Sign board etc in existing pipe/masonary open duct wherever reqd etc complete as reqd.

Supply of Plug and receptacles suitable for secondary lead of 2 x 4 sqmm EPR insulalted PCP sheathed copper conductor of secondary airfield lighting cables.

Making field connections by Plug or receptacles for existing secondary 2 x 4 sqmm cu cable from isolating transformer to Sign board including applying PVC insulation tape etc complete as required .

Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for 1 C x 6 sq. mm size of 5KV grade PVC insualted & PVC sheathed, antitermite & antirodent standard copper conductor single core Airfield lighting cable .

Numbering of Taxiway/Thresold light fixtures/Isolation poles/Feedar pillar with suitable Paint for background and suitable colour paint for letter ,using stencil as per direction of EIC.

Dismantling of existing CI Box from the concrete/runway bituminous area without damage and filling the same with concrete so as to make the area flushed with the surrounding area complete as required and as per instruction of EIC.

Excavation for cable trench/foundation of signboard in soft soil depth upto 1.5 mtr including refilling, dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms including getting out and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed by EIC.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in the foundation etc including form work etc as required.

Supply of CI dummy plate of 8 mm thickness suitable for installation on the existing transformer housing boxes of 330 mm dia with 6 Nos hole suitable for M10 bolts and one no. hole at centre suitable to receive secondary cable etc as required.

Earthing with G.I pipe 4.5mm long x 40 mm dia including accessoires, and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc with charcoal/coke and salt complete as required .

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in ground for loop earthing complete as required.
