CA NO CWEAFJ-49/2025-26 REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF HT TRANSFORMER, VCBs OH LINES, HT UG CABLES, GODs, HT PANELS AND ALLIED WORK AT AIR FORCE STATION JAMMU AND KALUCHAK UNDER GE (AF) JAMMU

Supplying, installing, testing & commissioning in replacement of out door type cubical panel board outer shell made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet including door and inner shell made out of 2 mm thick MS sheet and MS angle section 50x50x6 mm mounted on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 platform 60 cm above and 45 cm below the ground level, frame factory fabricated with front & back openable, double door system and cable alloy (Each door hinged with body at 3 places with body and hinges should be welded with body and door) lockable/open able by Keys having chromium plated 19 mm dia fancy lock, “U” type gasket shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz, tested at factory approved from CPRI factory fabricated having modern fabrication and testing process followed by powder coat painting having thickness not less than 100 microns provided with suitable gasket to make it dust/vermin proof,system complete suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz, and general construction confirming to IS:8623/93 comprising of the following :- a) Aluminium bus bar 600 Amps cap 4 wire fixed on insulator not less than 1.0 mtr long bus bar -1 set (b) Incoming MCCB 400 Amps 4 pole 415 Volts AC with thermal magnetic 36 KA, Ics=100%, Icu class-2 front face isolation with positive break indication with double break contacts with spreader and phase barrier complete all as directed. - 1 Nos. (c) Outgoing MCCB 160 Amps 4 pole 415 Volts AC with thermal magnetic 25 KA, with double break contacts with spreader and phase barrier complete all as directed. -1 Nos (d) Outgoing MCCB 100 Amps 4 pole 415 Volts AC with thermal magnetic 25 KA, with double break contacts with spreader and phase barrier complete all as directed. -2 Nos (e) Outgoing MCCB 63 Amps 4 pole 415 Volts AC with thermal magnetic 16 KA, with double break contacts with spreader and phase barrier complete all as directed. - 2 Nos f) Digital Ammeter 0-500 A of size 96sqmm with selector switch-01 No. g) Digital Volt meter 0-500 V of size 96sqmm with selector switch-01 No h) Indicator Lamp RYB 22.5mm dia LED type 240 volts AC with incoming includin back up protection by 2 Amp MCB RYB with holder-01 set of three. j) CT Coils of suitable ratio-01 Set.

Supply and fixing in replacement of steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11.0 metres long) and duly painted with two coats anticorrosive paint internally and externally upto planting depth,alternate black and yellow straps of synthetic enamel paint 30cm each upto 1.5mtr from ground level and remaining pole painted with aluminium paint including writing Nos complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of air break switch mechanically gang operated Triple pole, mounted on 15 Nos of insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 200 amps, 33000 Volts grade and duly painted with synthetic enamel aluminium/smoke grey paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 KA suitable for 33000 Volts grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for restrainging ACSR conductor 33KV Line (Satwari & Miran Sahib Feeder) HT providing suitable proper sag complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement of stay assembly comprising of 7/2.50mm galvanized MS stay wire of reqd length, fixed to 11Mtr poles with and including of FI clamps made out of FI 40x6mm and nuts bolts washers of suitable size MS stay bow 14mm dia galvanized 40cm long MS galvanised stay rod threaded with nut 16mm dia 21 Cm long with washers MS stay plate galvanized 230x30x6mm incl necessary Excavation and PCC complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement pin type porcelain white, brown or green insulator including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers & one galvanised nut 50mm height,65mm dia for working pressure 33000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement disc type porcelain white, brown or green insulator including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers & one galvanised nut 50mm height,65mm dia for working pressure 33000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour in replacement for ACSR conductor of any type drawn straight horizontal on HT over head lines on existing poles including binding with insulators weight of conductor shall be measured straight horizontal distance between centre of two adjacent HT poles and calculating weight of conductor of size length by adding 3% extra for sag jointing jumpers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for testing of faulty HT cable(33KV/11KV) by using HT voltage fault locating machine and finding the fault and to be repaired the same including all T&P as required on site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (a) Each job includes finding out the location of each fault in HT feeder. (b) Necessary excavation,returning filling and removal deemed included in this job. (c) HT straight Joint and additional HT cable if required it will be measured and paid separetly under respective item of this BOQ.
