Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor & paving n.exc. 15cm thick below or above ground level.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar etc.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas in any type of Soil (exceeding 30cm to 1.5mtr in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Removal upto 50 m is already included in above item and no extra cost will be paid for removal upto 50mtr.
