Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: a. 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:1½:3 (1 cement :1½ coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished without a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.25mm thick with 12.5 mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string course fillets, kerbs andsteps etc

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:4

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding upto plinth level and above plinth level all complete

Providing and fixing factory made precast RCC perforated drain covers, having concrete of strength not less than M-25, of size 1000x450x50 mm reinforced with 8 mm dia four nos longitudinal and 9nos cross sectional T.M.T hoop bars, including providing 50 mm dia perforations @ 100 to 125 mm c/c, including providing edge binding with M.S flats of size 50mmx1.6mm complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.Drain cover

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. , gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works all complete.

Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer. M.S. tube

Providing and laying matt finished vitrified tile of specified size havingwater absorption less than 0.5% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades in outdoor floors such as footpath, court yard multi models etc., laid on 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand) in all shapes & patterns including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments etc. complete as direction of Engineer-in-Charge.300x300x9.8 mm

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work
