Charges for dismantling the seal trough at 6.8m elevation, separate the seal trough from BAH out shell by gouging electrode, cutting the seal trough into several segments by plasma cutting, lifting the segment one by one using derrick / chain pulley Block, leading, lowering and transporting the segments including cost of consumables, T & P hire charges etc.,
Charges for cutting and removing the wornout BAH body plate at south, east & west side, BAH supporting structure, seal trough supporting channel and devolution of scrap to stores including cost of consumables and T&P hire charges etc.,
Charges for fabrication and erection of BAH body plate at south, east & west side, connected structural supports, seal trough support, stiffner plates, etc setting verticality and welding including cost of all consumables and T&P hire charges, etc.,
Charges for dismantling and erection of BAH overflow trough/view glass assembly for maintaining the BAH water level including lifting, positioning, aligning, welding (MS to SS), checking the leak including cost of consumables, T & P hire charges etc.,
Charges for dismantling of wornout BAH manhole door frame by chipping, hammering, cutting and erection of same manhole door frame including cost of all consumables and T&P hire charges, etc.,
Charges for erection of seal trough segments, transporting to workspot, lifting the seal trough one by one upto 6.8mtr with sufficient lifting tackles, leading, setting the seal trough in its original aligned and along with BAH outer shell including cost of consumables, T & P hire charges etc.,
Charges for dismantling and assembling of pipes of size 150NB/100NB as per site condition including cost of consumables and T&P hire charges.
Charges for dismantling and fixing of new MS pipes 250/200/150 NB pipes in BAH hopper overflow line at 6mtr elevation including cost of consumables, T&P hire charges.
Charges for dismantling the damaged 200 dia bend / Tee and erection of new 200NB bend / Tee and providing necessary supports and clamping arrangements including cost of consumables, T&P hire charges.
Charges for SS welding works in erected seal trough joints at south side of BAH for arresting leak and to avoid air ingression into Boiler including cost of consumables and T&P hire charges.
Charges for SS to MS welding the top surface of 12mm MS plate of BAH body plates with top surface of seal trough inner side plate at south, east & west side inluding hire charges for T&P’s consumables.
