M&L for Provn of making holes in brick wall of suitable size for fixing of exhaust fan of size 200mm sweep and making good disturbed surfaces by plastering of 15mm thick in CM 1:4 and apply same finishes as exsiting, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note : Cost of necessary fixtures shall deem to be included in the quoted rates.

Ceiling rose, three phase/ PVC/ polycarbonate, isolated body, Jumbo type, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
