Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sq mm 4 core

S & F GI tubing light grade of size 40 mm dia fixed on walls / laid in trenches as protection pipe for under ground cable including provisioning of specials and clamps etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for trenchless boring under road crossings/foot paths by manual / Boring machine of Bore dia 100 mm complete all as specified and directed at site.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr depth and getting out for taking out / laying of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and providing sand cushioning with dry clean sand 15 cm below cable and 8 cm above the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness shall be measured for the purpose of payments.

Supply and laying unreinforced precast cement concrete cable covers, Class LV, Type-1, flat, size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in -Charge.

Removing surplus excavated material not exc 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earth electrode 17.2 mm dia 3 mtr long of low carbon steel electrode with copper bonding of thickness 250 micron, Back-fill earthing enhancing compound type Carbon based compound conductive concrete type which has a resistivity of less than 0.12 Ohm Mtr as per Clause 14.5D of IEEE : 80 standard. Back-fill compound should be electronically conductive (Like in metals) and should not depend on moisture for conduction. Back-fill comound should be environment friendly & should be solidify when mixed with water and set like concrete and should not leach / diffuse into the ground. Back-fill compound shall not be mixed with any soil while pouring in the bore hole. Supply ,fabrication, installation and testing of LT Panel out door type factory made CPRI Approved, water and vermin proof protection of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 300 mm (over all dimension) made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet dully supported necessary cut made to the CRCA sheet in front of sensor to get necessary light to the infrared sensor and cut portion covered transparent polycorbonate sheet, LT Panel put over mild steel angle iron of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm vertical frame and legs with mild steel flat iron 25 x 5 mm in horizontal sides of the frame with front and back side openable ,single hinged door / shutter with locking arrengement and powder coated finish both internal and external steel surfaces after necessary preparation of steel surfaces including providing height not less than 30 cm PCC (1:3:6) type C2 foundation of suitable size and connections of all outgoing / incomming cable inclusive of necessary excavation and earthwork as required including the following fitment accessories complete all as specified and as directed. Taking down old XLPE/PVC/Service cable and from 9 mtr height of pole and removing the materials from site and making good the disturbed surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,laying,jointing,testing and commissioning XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty, LT UG cable with aluminium conductor,1100 volts grade cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3.5 core connected with aluminium lugs connected by cramping tools all as specified and directed at site. Note:- Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid separately.
