Dry brick on edge flooring in required pattern with bricks of class designation 7.5 on a bed of 12 mm mud mortar including filling joints with Jamuna sand, with common burnt clay non modular bricks, complete.

112mm thick 1st class brick wall in cement mortar in prop.1 : 5 Including racking out joinst & curing complete as directed

Providing and laying P.C.C. work in prop. 1:3:6 in foundation including curing complete as directed.

(b) Providing and laying R.C.C. work in prop. 1:2:4 with 25mm. Down agg. Including curing but excluding cost of shuttering and R /f bars A) In Sub- Structure up to plinth Level

B) In Super- Structure up to post plat level.

Providing and laying R/F bars conforming to I.S.code including cutting, bending, straightening complete as directed.

15 mm thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side of single or half brick wall including curing as directed.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for- A) Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Columns, pillars, piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:- New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer

Supplying fitting & fixing double leaf heavy duty iron Gate frame made from 40 x 40 x 6mm. M.S. angle & with MS flate of 40 x 6mm size as per app. Design necessary locking arrangement for temporary closing the gate & 2nos Strong iron hinges of MS bars & flat of same size on each leaf embedded in R.C.C post including a red oxide painting
