Disconnecting power transformer 33/11 KV of capacity 3.15 MVA from the cable on both sides (HV/LV) and all earthings at 33 KV main receving station at Akhnoor and transporting to contractors workshop at Jammu for repair. Retransporting the same after the repair to the site and making all necessery connections of cables and earthings.

Dismantling the transformer at work shop, taking out core assembly, bushes, bush rods, bucchaulg relay, OLTC, breather assembly, drain out all transformer oil to prevent leakage in the transformer body by replacing all gasket. and reassembling the transformer after repair / replacement of following defective parts.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying of underground cable and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cms. thick in soft / loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in -charge .

Removal of surplus soil not exceeding 50 Mtr and depositing where directs at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning in trenches spreading and consolidation 8cm thick before laying the cable & 15 cm of sand after laying the cable, complete all as specified and directed. (compacted thickness will be measured)

Supplying and laying Un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover as in repair 'factory made' of class HVP, Type 1 with peak, of size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in repair galvanized iron tube light grade for protection of cable at road crossing/fixed with pole of size 100 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair galvanized iron tube light grade for protection of cable at road crossing/fixed with pole of size 80 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of road for passing cable through roads including re surfacing of disturbed road surface with premixed carpet, WBM etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking out old unserviceable HT under ground cable of any size, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Laying, jointing and testing of under ground cables XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strips armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor HT 11000 volts grade and 95 Sqmm 3 core cross sectional area conforming to latest IS and ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Laying, jointing and testing of under ground cables XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strips armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor HT 11000 volts grade and 120 Sqmm 3 core cross sectional area conforming to latest IS and ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation not exc 30 cm deep and average 15 cm deep and getting out in soft /loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Broken stone or boulder hard core of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layer not exceeding 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor 100 mm thick floor and finished even and smoth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Over head ACSR conductor, steel reinforced of any size for overhead LT line with and including binding wire 14 SWG (aluminium) for jumpers and stretching, as in repair, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Mild steel works in repairs as in cross arms of different sizes brancings, supports, clamps and back plates febricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling for bolts in any size or shape as indicated or directed and inclusive of two coats of synthetic enamel painting over a coat of red oxide, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling HT insulators off sizes any type, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 225mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green Two-in-series' assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150 mm height, 150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Stay assembly complete with accessories in repairs as shown in Electrical Plate No 1 (Dia of stay rod 16 mm) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge (Note:- Excavation and PCC Work shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items)

M & L for Plat form for Transformer of size 4mx3mx1.2 m above ground leval and 30 cm below ground leval including necessary brick work and PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate , including necessary from work and exposed surfaces finished fair with rendering in CM (1:4) without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Plat form of size 2mx2mx1.2 m for Feeder pillar above ground level and 30 cm below ground level including necessary brick work and PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate , including necessary from work and exposed surfaces finished with rendering in CM (1:4) fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
