| 1.01 | SITE FABRICATED PRESSURE VESSELS :
Design, Supply, ASME code (U) stamping, preparation & submission of fabrication drawing/cutting layout, rolling, fabrication, erection, welding, painting, carrying-out NDT, PWHT, hydrostatic and Pneumatic Testing, inside cleaning, drying, box-up, final documentation of various pressure vessels, assistance in obtaining PSO/factory inspectorate or any other statutory approval etc. as specified in Bid documents - Drawings / Specifications / Standards, relevant Codes for Design and Construction like ASME VIII Division 1 Edition 2015 with all CS plate materials. Cost towards NDT, PWHT etc. are included and shall not be paid separately including but not limited to internals, gussets/stiffener plates, all reinforcement pads for nozzles/manholes, inspection hatches / all appurtenances, bearing/RF pad plates for pipe supports/stairway support/platform support, name plate, trunnion, clips for pipe supports & Clips for Hand railing & Platforms, insulation clips, earthing lug/connection, flange/blind flange, shell manhole / roof manhole & nozzles, supply of all fasteners/gaskets, nuts, bolts etc. as per the standard, drawings, specification, relevant code for design and construction in totality (for all works required to be completed for the job) and as per instructions and to the full satisfaction of Engineer incharge.
Vessels shall be full stress relieved after fabrication ,erection in position prior to testing/painting according to specification of the Licensor. The scope also includes all the tools & tackles, machinery, scaffolding, consumables, manpower, supervision etc. as per the instruction and to the full satisfaction of Owner/EIC etc.
