Trial bore of 250 mm size bore through any kind of soil strata upto 200M including hard stone/ boulder by means of direct rotary method below ground level complete all as specified and directed

Drilling reaming vertical bore 610 mm dia at approved site/location in any type of strata for 300 mm ERW casing pipe including all works to pertaining to boring complete all as specified and directed [Note :- Reaming upto 610mm dia for 70 mtr depth from ground level for casing pipe 300 mm dia].

Drilling reaming vertical bore but reaming upto 610 mm dia for exceeding 70 mtr but not exceeding 70 M for 200 mm dia complete all as specified and directed

Supply and assembling including jointing, lowering and fixing in position ERW plain steel pipe (Seemless) housing pipe 300 mm bore (nominal dia) 8 mm thickness and outer dia of pipe 322 mm shall be heavy duty 'C' class confirming to IS-4270 plain end pipe jointed and welded coupler ring (welding shall be done through out circumference of the pipe and coupler ring both sides complete all as specified and directed [Note :- Length of pipe shall not less than 2.40 mtr].

All as item No. 4.00 above but supplying, assembling jointing ERW plain steel pipe (seemless) casing 200 mm bore 8 mm thickness and outer dia of 322 mm shall be heavy duty 'C' class confirming to IS-4270 complete and lowering and fixing position with socket reducer 300x200 mm bore complete all as specified and directed [Note : Reducer socket shall be paid under item No. 7.00]

S & F MS strainer (slotted) pipe V wired 200 mm bore 8 mm thick confirming to IS-4270 fabricated with pipe slot of size 1.55 mm x 75 mm as per IS provision uniformly distributed on the surface complete all as specified and directed

S & F mild steel reducer socket 300x200 mm dia of suitable length including welding mild strip 40 x 6 mm 2 Nos on each joints extended in 75 mm on each side complete all as specified and directed.

S & F wrought iron bail plug 200 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S & F well cap for 320 mm dia housing pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 2 Nos MS flat iron 150x15 mm housing clamp for holding to 300 mm dia housing pipe with 16 mm dia MS bolts& nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

M & L packing pea gravels of size 3 ro 5 mm natural shape brought direct from river bank packing around casing pipe to entire depth upto ground level complete all as specified and directed

M & L development of tube well by means for over pumping velocity filling 600 PSI air compresser including equipment fitting and supply sodium hepta sulphate 60 Kg complete all as specified and directed

M & L biological and potability testing of water sample carried out from NABL approved lab water testing to be done for organoleptic & physical parameter for general parameters concerning substance undesireable in excessive amount for parameters concerning toxic substance for pesticide residual limit and biological test of water sample as per IS 10500:2012 complete all as specified and directed.

Yield testing of bore well by continuous pumping for 16 hrs to determine safe pumping yield of the bore well complete all as specified and directed

Electro logging trial bore precise delineation of granular zones and also the quality of ground water including reports interpretation complete all as specified and directed [Note : (a) Electric logging shall be carried out by approved agency. (b) Unit rate quoted, developing and testing etc at site of work and removal of the same on completion from the site including necessary supervison and rental charges of rig mchacine, compressor and OP unit (any other T&P not specifically mentioned) and no extra payment shall be admissible on this account.

Supplying and lowering of High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating 16 kg/Sqcm, fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors, lowering in to borewell as column pipe etc. of size 50 mm nominal dia, ISI marked including fixing of necessary SS nipple on both sides for fixing of submersible pump and existing water supply pipe line with flanges and bolts & nuts required at site etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F GI Medium grade 50 mm dia any length ISI marked including all new ISI marked fittings like like bends, tees, sockets, reducers etc., including jointing, threading works required at site and breaking of wall/PCC flooring, pipe line supports etc for laying pipes and making good the disturbed surfaces and make leak proof joints etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying , installing , testing and commissioning multi stage submersible pump capable to deliver 120 to 240 LPM or more water at head of 130 to 75 Mtr (approx) lowered into 200 mm dia borewell and connected with 50 mm dia HDPE column pipe and 6 Sqmm copper conductor submersible cable having diffuser casing construction and bronze impellers dynamically balanced rotor and pump shaft with impeller with outlet size 50 mm and motor 10 HP suitable for operation on 3 phase 415 volts, disc suction strainer cable guard etc. complete all as specified and directed. [Note : S & F 6mm submersible cable conductor shall be measured and paid under item No. 27]

Supply install test and commission LT Panel board, TPN 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 200 Amps capacity bus bar as Per IP-54, feeder pillar box out door cubical type floor mounted factory made double door dust and vermin proof fabricated out of CRCA sheet not less than 3.15 mm thick fixed on angle iron frame made out of 40x40x5 mm with cable chamber for individual feeders for incomming and outgoing connections, one set of indicator lamp RYB with switch and fuse, multifunction intelligent panel meter and space required for starter etc and with the followings. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying cable etc and getting out in soft / disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

M & L sand cushioning with river washed and screened dry fine sand to under ground cable 23 cm thick, 15 cm below the cable and 8 cm after laying the cable, duly punned complete all as specified and directed. [Note:- Only panned thickness shall be meaured for payment purpose]

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete with in soft disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed..

Removing excavated surplus soil material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1 with peak size 250 x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick , buried directly in ground vertically earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the ground level with top to edge of the plate n . Less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to GI wire 4mm dia as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nut and washer of galvanized steel, including necessary earthwork and excavation in any strata and PCC 1:3:6 type C2 chamber and RCC cover and light grade GI pipe 15mm dia pipe of required length for protection of GI wire and water funnel and wire mesh with GI pipe medium grade 20mm dia etc complete all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR part -I including connections and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC insulated and PVC sheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable for submersible pump set, ISI marked, conforming to IS-864 of size 3 core 6 Sqmm flat submersible cable, 1100 volts grade, including necessary water proof connection to submersible pump at cable lead complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of CPVC pipes SDR 11 fittings of size 32mm dia in trenches/wall/surface incl fittings like bends, tees, sockets, reducers, unions etc including jointing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of CPVC pipes SDR 11 fittings of size 25mm dia in trenches/wall/ surface incl fittings like bends, tees, sockets, reducers, unions etc including jointing complete all as specified and directed.
