Note:- (i) The Stud for neutral shall be sufficeiently long to fix 2 Nos GI strip for earthing. (ii) Cost of Cable entry box on LV Side & bare bushings on HV side shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Supply, test, laying & commissioning of XLPE insulated, armoured (heavy duty) electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor, 11000 volts (Earthed) grade 3 core 95 Sqmm, laid in trenches/duct/ fixed to wall with suitable size clamps/passing through pipe/Tunnel/under ground/surface up to the termination point(as directed by Engr-in-Charge) with necessary end terminations with suitable size cable lugs, cable glands, fixing of lugs with crimping with tool,nuts,boltsetc and including taking out unserviceable burnt out cable from its existing location complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for foundation of poles, structures, stay rods, laying of underground cable etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in soils including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers each not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and spread clean river sand as cable cushioning for protection of cable to be laid in treaches all as per SSR part- I complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge. Note : Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

M&L for laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP , type 1 with peak, size 300 mmX180mmX 40mm complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L brick protection with common burnt bricks, sub class'B' of size 230x115x75mm for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply and lay GI tubing 100 mm dia, light grade for cable protection at road crossing / on poles and tubing sealed at both ends after laying the cables complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dimantling & disconection of all electrical/mechanical connections of exisitng GOD swtich 11 kv & Supply,erection& commissioning of 11kv tripple poel mechanically operated in horizontal mode on insualtor and steel frame with operating mechanisim worked from ground level,for current rating 400Amps along with necessary suitable fitting completed all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Disconnecting all electrical/mechanical connections of existing un serviceable transformer mounted on plinth, taking down & shifting to AGE E/M No-II (U) Store yard by using transport complete all as directed and specified.

S&F Trolley size of 3658 mm length x 1829 mm Width x 2300mm Height with main chassis of size 100mm x 50mm MS channel of 6mm thick, support channel size 75mm x 40mm MS channel of 6mm thick and floor with 6mm thick chequered plate. Side walls made up with welded wire mesh and rear door fixed by hinges & lock. Axle 02Nos of 63mm square,rim double plated 04 Nos,tyres 04Nos of size 7-50:16. Toe hook shall be made of forged steel,suspension system axle will be fiited with leaf spring and roof covered with GI sheet. Isolator and fuse mountings are 63x63x40 cm box pipe including connection between transformer and switch fuse box, 630Amps main switch 4 pole with HRC fuse protection, 50x50x5mm Angle and 75x38 mm C channel clamp 02 Nos for transformer, Carrying capacity of 5 ton for mounting of 400kVA transformer. The rate quoted by the contractor inclusive of the following:- (i) Connection with flexible single core copper cable 1100 volts grade of size suitable for full load current ratings of transformer from transformer to main switch. (ii) main switch 630Amps 4 pole with incl HRC fuse including necessary fixing arrangement with closed hinged type suitable CPRI approved sheet metal enclosure.

Supply and laying copper flexible cable of size 240 Sqmm single core 1100 volt including necessary end terminations with suitable crimped lugs with crimping tool complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying copper flexible cable of size 120 Sqmm single core 1100 volt including necessary end terminations with suitable crimped lugs with crimping tool complete all as specified and directed.
