Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

Contractor must have successfully completed similar painting works at a height of minimum 20 metres

Work Done Certificate

Contractor must have successfully completed Industrial painting/chimney painting/bituminous paints on industrial exhaust systems.High-altitude/rope access structural painting jobs in the past 5 years i.e Value Rs.02 Lakhs from the period of 2021-22 to 2025-26

Work Done Certificate

Financial Status

The bidder must have achieved a minimum financial turnover of not less than Rs. 8 Lakhs in at least 2 out of the 5 financial years from 2021-22 to 2025-26.
