Water proofing treatment to Sunken floor slabe complete as specified bellow and as directed. (a) Provide and lay 3mm thick APP modified torch applied prefabricated five layer water proofing membrane weight not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm. (b) Apply a uniform coat of blown grade bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm confirming to IS 702 of the surface area.

PCC lean concrete 1:5:10 type E2 laid in layers of not more than 100 mm thick tamping etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Non Skid (coloured) ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specifed and as directed.

S&F glazed ceramic coloured tiles (300mmx 450mmx7 mm) in vertical surfaces jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement. Taking down the unserviceable geysers (water heater) of any type and size, disconnecting the pipe line connection inlet and outlet connections, dismantling, cleaning geyser tank body properly and removal of scaling etc. Refixing the geyser after repair and connecting electric supply and testing of geyser for proper working complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and mot exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/llose soil including making the bottom of trenches levelled for proper laying of pipe line, foundation etc or for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier hole etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil as as specified and as directed.

Removing the excavated material not exc 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 above the starting point in soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning and filling including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 CM in soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up Cast iron water main of size any dia including all fittings for spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out lead joint and recovering lead complete all as specified as directed. Note :- (i) Excavation earthwork shall be measured and paid seperately

S&F cast Iorn Pipes with Spigot and Socket ends centrifugally cast, Class LA laid in trenches including reducing the length of required size complete all as specified as directed for following size of CI pipe :- Note :- (i) Excavation earthwork shall be measured and paid seperately. (ii) CI fitting will be measured and paid seperately. a. 150 mm bore.

b. 100 mm bore.

S&F cast iron fitting for spigot and socketted cast iron pipe such as bend, tees, pieces, joint piece single branches, junction colar branches, cap plug etc for size upto 150 dia pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for run lead jointing of CI pipes including making working pits for carrying out lead jointing and necessary excavation and earth work as required for following size of CI pipes with spigot and socket ends complete all as specified and as directed :- a. 150 mm bore.

b. 100 mm bore.

M & L for brick masonary valve pit chambers with and including one brick thick masonary built in cement mortar (1:6)) PCC in foundation 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, rendering 10 mm thick in cm 1:6 internally 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and fair externally, PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (Using 20 mm graded stoneaggregate) for coping 10 cm thick, 6 mm thick MS plate cover with locking arrangements with angle iron frame of size 40x40x6mm including painting to MS work with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over one coat of red oxide primer including necessary excavation and earth in any type of soil/strata complete for following sizes :- a. Internal dimension 1050x1050x1050mm.

M&L for cutting /breaking of cement concrete path or bituminous road of any thickness with or without reinforcement for taking up/down of GI/CI pipes and connection and making good to surface by PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) complete all as specified as directed.

S&F butterfly valve CI of capacity 150mm in dia all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light,fan, socket or power) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up gate valve of CI/GI water main of size any dia. Complete all as specified as directed. Note: Removing materials handed over to MES to keep in store.
