CA NO.CWE BLY/ GE (E) /144 OF 2025-26REPAIR AND MAINT TO CERTAIN ROAD INCLUDING BERMS AND ROAD FURNITURE AT SHAHJAHANPUR CANTT UNDER GE EAST BAREILLY

S&F for mild steel framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as secified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and fixing retro reflective diamond grade (should retain at least 80% of its original retro reflectance) 4 mm thic k ACP sheet pasted on 2 mm thick aluminium sheet of approved colour as per clause No. 801.2.11 of MoRTH specification and as per clause 6.9 of IRC 37-2012 including retro reflective letters of 200 mm high pasted on board fixed on SS hollow, tubes, channel;, plates and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the sheet with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and fixing retro reflective diamond grade (should retain at least 80% of its original retro reflectance) 4 mm thic k ACP sheet pasted on 2 mm thick aluminium sheet of approved colour as per clause No. 801.2.11 of MoRTH specification and as per clause 6.9 of IRC 37-2012 including retro reflective letters imbussed on 150 mm to 200 mm high on board and fixed on SS hollow, tubes, channel;, plates and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the sheet with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including WPC 3% by weight of cement or as per manufaturer instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm (Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) exterior on external surfaces of wall including cleaning and complete removal of existing foreign materials complete all as specified and directed. )

M&L for preparation new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in surface channels and base of drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 300X300X25 mm thick rubber moulded coloured chequered cement concrete coloured tiles set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with cement & pigment to match the shade of tiles in floors over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; including dismantling of old paver block complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work in cluding doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the permises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements (new surface or previously treated road surface) with hot applied retro -reflective thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to MoRTH (clause 803.4) all as specified with 8% glass beads using special applicator machine with heating arrangement upto 160% including cleaning and drying the existing road surfaces to ensure dust , oil, grease and moisture free surfaces before applying the paint, all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.
