Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition)

Demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

Removing demolished building materials/debris,concrete etc. (other than spoil ) to a distance of 2.5km or under, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for steel and iron work.

Taking down carefully point wiring of any type including sub main wiring and removing from site such as (Light , fan socket or power) complete including fitting and fixtures, fan regulators swich boards, switches, ceiling roses , lamp holder, tube Light Fittings from existing batten casing capping/ PVC conduit / Steel conduit wiring complete incluing light fittings and fans all as specified and making good to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing complete all as specified and directed

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in any type of soil.completed all as specified

Excavating in trenches, by mechanical means(hydraulic excavator) n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for footing, Plinth Beam & Dwarf Wall, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and getting out in Hard/dense soil.
