RequiredTenderer should be OEM and registered with the competent authority OR Authorized dealer of the OEM and should hold the renewed valid license - Authorized dealer of Manufacturer should upload MAF as per Section XIII

RequiredTenderer should upload the compliance to the technical specification as per Section-VI.

RequiredTenderer should upload the ISO/ISI/BIS Certificate. Certificate should be in the name of the OEM.

RequiredThe PAN Card of the Tenders/Firm should be uploaded.

Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

All tenders are accepted or rejected by the Panchayath Development Officer, Gram Panchayath Majur is reserved.

The Bidder should quote rate including all charges. So GST also will not paid separately.

The Udyam with NSC certificates are complsory for exempted the EMD. If Agency/company/Supplier have not both certificates, he should be paid the EMD complsory. Other wise his tender will be disqualified from the further tender process.

Remaining all other terms and conditions are as per attached KG-1 Tender Document.
