Comprehensive maintenance of Gas based fire suppression syste SINOREX 1230 system comprising 2X60 liters seamless cylinder with valves and all connected electromagnetic actuators and kit complete including MS seamless pipes as ASTMA 106-250 etc in old server room Automatic battery charger, 24 volts sealed lead acid batteries sufficient for 24 hours normal working and then be capable of operating the system for 2 hours during an emergency conditions as required. etc.and all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. For 1 month. 2. For 1 month 3. Comprehensive maintenance of microprocessor based net workable analogue adderssable type 1-2 fire alarm control panel installed at new server expandable to 10 loops each loop are connected 252 analog addressable devices in one loop each loop are loaded to 90% of its full capacity including comprising hooter cum stoable red colour with 99 db sound output vesda detector for new server room. Automatic battery charger, 24 volts sealed lead acid batteries sufficient for 24 hours normal working and then be capable of operating the system for 2 hours during an emergency conditions as required. etc. For 1 month NOTE:- (a) Working Hrs: Monday to friday .Timings: 0900 Hrs to 1700 Hrs for weekly preventive maintenance. (b) If there is any complaint at day/night (including sunday & holidays) contractor / Auth rep of contractor /supervisor should rectify the same within four hours,failing which a penalty @ Rs.3000/-per day shall be imposed upon the contractor. (c) Monthly preventive maintenance will be carried out by qualified thechnician. (d) Monthly inspection & testing report shall be maintained. report shall be signed by MES representative. (e) Items required for replacement /repairs shall be supplied by the contractor & cost of minor items such as nuts,bolts screws including replacement of spare parts of control panel ICs/rectifiers/LED etc and internal wiring of control panel are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (f) Expect filling of gas NAFS-125. (Gas filling by the department after refilling of cyclinder all electrical/solinied valve connections including of testing and commissioning deemed to be quoted above rates
