Supply, Install, testing & commissioning of Micro processor based copper silver ionization plant having 2 Nos SS 304 chambers of size 50mm and 2 set of electrods including 4 rods of 60 million litre life for swimming pool suitable for capacity 50000 LPH having consistent current technology based on oligodynamic technology including set of electrodes in a mild steel 16 SWG cabinet made out of CRCA sheet industrial grade powder coated in two division. Upper division is for control panel and lower division is for electrode chamber, feeder pump, electrodes and flow meter. The control panel should display dosing though 7segment display and LED’s showing PUMP ON, ELECTRODE ACTIVE, DOSING LOW, DOSING HIGH. The stainless steel housing should be corrosion free SS-304 grade. The pipeline for input and output connections must be melded with leak proof Argon welding Technology. The Electrode cap should be made of Teflon polytetrafluroethylene nut bolted with stainless steel housing. Input water should be passed through IS:779 certified water flow meter which ensures the flow of water through each and every electrode chamber. The flow of water should be controlled with SS304 grade ball valve. The feeder pump of suitable size must be installed inside the cabinet. Silver and copper electrodes made from silver copper alloyed after proper metallurgical treatment and chemical treatment for disinfection. This silver electrode will be fixed on a PVC / Nylon strips with Cap and Rubber O Ring which will be non toxic to humans complete including electric wiring from main to Plant and PVC/GI Piping from Plant to Injecting point complete all as specified and directed. Supply, install, testing & commissioning of Chemical Dosing system suitable to inject solution upto 25 LPH comprising dosing pump coupled with three phase electric motor of capacity 0.5 HP,1440RPM assembly with agitator in one motor , agitator with SS sweep blade duly FRP coated, FRP tank 150 ltrs capacity, complete unit mounted on heavy duty MS fabricated frame duly painted with anticorrosive paint complete all as specified and directed. Taking out UNSV All filter media (Gravel +sand/fine sand) and supply & laying, installaing, commissioing of filteration plant after taking in New Filter media as Pea Gravel 6/14 BS Mesh 150mm -600 kg, Gravel BS Mesh 100mm-500Kg and Fine sand 14/25 BS Mesh 750 mm -2200 kg complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only suction sweeper complete unit Heavy duty M.S Powder coated suction sweeper brush unit made out of 6mm thick M.S plate box type size 21/2”x3’ With heavy duty nylon brush size 2” x500mm with 3HP motor pump& starter, mounted on trolley including rope, hose pipe float etc, complete as per required length for Olympic size swimming pool. Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of salt based electro-chlorinator for chlorination on sewage treatment plant at the rate of 3 ppm and of capacity 1500 GPH, Active Chlorine generation - 12 Kg/batch (6kg x 2), batch time - 8 hrs, salt consumed - 24 Kg / batch, AC in put - 415 V , 50 Hz, with reaction/storage tank of MOC-HDPE, Dosing pump - 1000lph (PP) & residual chlorine test kit, including works for grouting, foundation, connections, etc complete all as specified and directed. M&L for Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil for repairing/ replacement of CI & GI pipes n.exc 1.5 mtr width & n.exc. 1.5 m deep including getting out excavated earth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Returning, filling in trenches incl spreading and leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Removal of excavated soil to a distance n.exc. 50 mtr and depositing the same where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out cast iron water mains carefully (including all fittings) of size 100mm dia bore with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead for relaying or depositing in MES store complete all as specified and directed. Note- Excavation and earth work shall measured and paid saperately under relative items.

Relaying of CI pipe with spigot and socketed ends in trenches retrived against item No. 9 here-in-before including old fittings/ new fittings, complete after cleaning internally to make rust free of size 100mm by manually or mechanical means including painting complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Lead joints shall be made new and shall be measured seprately under relative item.

M&L for Run lead joint for CI pipe 100 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing of ductile Iron S/S pipe 150 mm dia bore shall confirm to IS-8329-2000 and 9523-2000. The pipe shall be laid in trenches ,jointed and tested all as per IS 12288-1987 with specials Class “K-9” . The fittings shall withstand hydrostatic pressure without showing any leakage,sweating or defects of any kind as laid down in IS complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : M & L for cutting, drilling, welding, earth work is deemed to be incl in the same rate)

Supply, laying & testing of ductile Iron S/S pipe 100 mm dia bore shall confirm to IS-8329-2000 and 9523-2000. The pipe shall be laid in trenches ,jointed and tested all as per IS 12288-1987 with specials Class “K-7” . The fittings shall withstand hydrostatic pressure without showing any leakage,sweating or defects of any kind as laid down in IS complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make :- Electrosteel/Tata (NOTE : cutting,drilling,welding are deemed to the same rate)

M&L for Construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 1200x1200x900 mm (internal dimensions with well burnt sub class 'B' bricks one brick thick wall built in cement mortar 1:4 with 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on internal side and pointing flush in Cm (1:4) on external exposed surfaces of wall, 15 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 in foundation complete with cover made out of angle iron frame of size 40 x 40 x 4mm with MS sheet of 10 SWG with locking arrangement set in PCC 1:2:4 as directed and painted with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer incl prepration of surfaces and also incl excavation, earth work, returning, filling and removal of surplus material to a distance n.exc. 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Ductile iron bend (any type radius and angle) taper any type for (straight) bend increasing /decreasing of double socket/flanged etc. Tee piece single branch, Y junction, double branch, collar and plug upto 150 mm bore DI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rubber gasket/Tyten joint for 150 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of cast iron sluice valve 150 mm dia both side flanged PN-1.6 confirming to IS 14846 (ISI marked) with stainless steel spindle and iron wheel non raising type including, nuts and bolts complete all as specified and as directed.
