SPL REPAIR TO STREET LIGHTS AT NIWARU MIL STN UNDER GE JAIPUR

M & L for scraping, cleaning and prepration of old painted / rusted surface of LT steel tubular pole 9/11 meter long alongwith steel fitting fixtures with clamps fixed on same pole and applying two coat of aluminium paint over one coat of primer after prepration of steel surface and making of strip of 30 cm width (red and white in alternate band) upto 1500 mm height from bottom of the pole with synthetic enamel paint and writing pole No with enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Time between two coat will be two days (ii) The above item rate includes the cost of ladders, any other T & P/ crane arrangment to approach the street light, labour, surrounding cleaning / cutting of grass / bushes / small tree branches for approacing to pole all as directed and specified by Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) Contractor is requested to visit the site before quoting the tender.

Supply, fixing and testing in replacement SMC junction box of size 250 x 200 x100 mm made out of Polycarbonate material totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, rain protected slanted roof top, door plasted with rubber gasket, IP 55 protection, with integrated membranes/metric knockouts for cable entry with cable glands, comprising with nut and bolt type bus bar 100 Amps for phases and neutral of required amps capacity for cable size 16/35 sqmm 4 core, protection and suitable size of connectwell type stud terminal (provision for socket bolting) - 04 nos suitable for internal wiring system including 06 amp MCB SP- 01 No, junction box should mounted on tubular/PCC pole with suitable clamp, nuts, bolts including removal of existing unsv junction box complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement 1.5 Sqmm 3 core Rodent Resistant copper conductor cable, PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed, copper conductor (flexible) industrial cable, 1100 volt, confirming to IS : 694 including connecting the cable from street light to junction box passing through pole with and incl proper lugs and taking down of old unsv cable complete all as specified and directed. Note- (i) Cable is reqd to be connected from street light to junction box with proper lugs. (ii) Cable will be fixed from inside of pole. (iii) No Seprate payment payment will be issued for taking down and refixing of street light for connection of street light and cable. (iv) Flexible steel condute will be fixed between junction box and pole hole. Rate of conduit is included in unit rate quoted above.

S&F in replacement of LED Street Light of 70W with sunbeam Sensor for auto on-off as per sunlight lux level, LED street light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high efficiency LEDs as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having TOP Opening separate driver compartment with IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK07. Operating voltage range: 140 V - 270 V. Operating temperature: -10 °C to + 50 °C . Autonomous sensor-based dusk to dawn operation and IR sensor to mitigate the effect of surrounding artificial light . Average life 50000 burning hours. Light fixture length should not less then 295mm +/- 5% and Light should have 110 LU/W with minimum 7900 Lumens. Street light shall be fixed on existing bracket with and incl suitable size of nut, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F or laying 25 mm bore galvanised steel tubing light grade (ISI marked) for protection of under ground cable or on poles / walls under road crossing of including dismantling & taking down existing pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-(i) Pipe will be fixed for protection of cable with suitable nut bolts and clamps. (ii) Cost of clamps & not bolts for fixing pipe on pole is included in unit rate quoted above.

M&L for drilling hole under road for laying of U/G cable through pipe of size up to 100 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

S & F 50 mm bore GI tubing "light grade" with all fittings, fixed to wall/ pole with suitable size MS clamp, nut, bolt, washer etc or laid under road crossing etc as reqd for protection of cable incl taking down old pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of MS clamp, nut bolt, washer and GI fittings etc shall be inclusive in the quoted rates.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing & commissioning 1100 volts grade, Rodent Resistant cable, XLPE insulated, screened PVC sheathed, galvanised steel strips or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with multi stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 16sqmm, 2core confirming to IS:7098 (part-I), laid in trenches, ducts, pipes under roads or fixed on poles or walls including all necessary clamps, nut, bolt, washers, saddle etc incl taking down old U/S cable complete all as specfied and directed. Note : Earth work, excavation shall be measured & paid separately under respective item of Schedule.

,---ditto--- all as per srl item No 8 above but of size 35 Sqmm, 3.5 core cable complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L for carefully removing foothpath interlocking tiles, demolition of PCC etc fixed on laid cable or for laying of new cable, and refixing old interlocking tiles, new PCC work etc carefully and making good the disturbed portion as per existing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chagre. Note:- (i) Cable will be measured and paid seprately. (ii) Cement work to make surface good is included in unit rate quoted above.
