Taking down centrifugal pump set from its foundation by disconnecting electrically and mechanically at different locations, transporting it to the workshop, dismantling, the pumps set, carrying out repair / maintenance, cleaning of inside motor & pump set, oiling, greasing, gland packing, filing for proper alignment including replacement of un-serviceable parts (Supply of parts shall be measured & paid separately whereas fixing in repair thereof is included in this item) and back to its existing location after repair & maintenance/ replacement of parts, re-assembling, fixing in existing position commissioning and testing including loading / unloading, transpartation to and from workshop for pump sets of following capacity. Note :- Supply only of new spare parts shall be measured & paid separately under respective items.

(f) 1 to 3 HP

M&L for dismantling of motor after disconnecting electrically and mechanically, transporting to workshop for normal repair and maintenance inlcuding loading/unloading and ressembling after repair and rewinding the motor stator/rotor with supper enameled copper winding wire of existing size and gauge and turns etc including all the insulating material i.e. varnish, supper high quality cotton tape, insulating paper or soldering etc. including drying upto desired temperature for specific time complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge for the following capacity :- Note : Rewinding warranty of cantrifugal pump shall be of 06 months.

M&L for painting of centrifugal pump set with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade as approved by Engr-in-Charge including preparation of surface after removing existing paint & filling depressions with approved filler complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge including writing of SM No. and MES No. using synthetic enamel paint with size of letter 5 cm on the pump set for the following capacity:-
