Repair to 50000 GPH x 158 meter head HC pump set and 250 HP motor rotor of unit no.2 alongwith allied works installed at pumping station Salmay Stage-1st (new). The job involves disconnecting incoming main power, decoupling of pump from motor, unfastening pump from base frame, suction and delivery, fitting blind flange on open delivery side and subsequently shifting the pump to workshop. Dismantling the pumping unit and extraction of internal parts followed by providing and fitting of new SS shaft as per sample , turning and finishing the main shaft to the original bearing size. Providing / fabrication and fitting of new impellers-2nos. neck rings-5nos., spacer bush-4nos., protection sleeve 2 nos., gland bush-2no., chuck nuts-2nos. and diffuser bushes 02 nos. The job also involves repairing of impellers 03 nos., and diffusers 04 nos. Providing and fitting of new bearing housing assembly at non driving end alongwith new bearings 410-1no and 6410-1no. at NDE / DE, in lieu of damaged bearings. Job also includes fabrication of coupling pulley set and thereafter assembling the pumping unit and shifting back to site. Job also includes providing and fitting of bearing of 250 HP motor rotor by way of opening the end covers of motor and extraction of damaged bearings with the help of puller and gas cutter, thereafter providing and fitting of new bearing 6321 and N321 with proper greasing and closing the side covers. Fitment of pump on base frame and coupling of pump with the motor after making proper leveling and alignment. Making electrical connections and testing the pump and motor on no and on full load, Job also includes P/F of 01No 6” dia Cast steel Check valve To the suction side of pump set of pump 50000 x 30 meter head by way of removing of damage Check valve from the suction side and P/F of new Cast steel along with rubber sheet and nut bolt. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc. Rebate, if any, should be quoted separately.
