Providing and spreading and compacting stone aggregate by manual means of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification i/c spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing ,rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN ( eighty- hundred Kilo newton) static roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming ,stone screening / binding materials to fill up the interstices of course aggregate watering and compacting to the required density grading -III ( three) as per technical specification clouse 405 including haulaging of material in all leads, lifts , carriage of material and other incidentials charges .

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer @ of 0.70-1.00 kg/sqm ( zero pointy seventy - one point zero kilogramme per square metre ) using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502 including hauling of materials in all leads and lifts by all modes of transpotation and as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion confirming to IS:8887 (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor including preparing the surface and cleaning with mechanical broom on the prepared dry and hungry bitumnous surface @ 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm ( at the rate of zero point twenty five to zero point thirty kilogramme per square metre) as per Technical Specification Clause 503. including hauling of materials in all leads and lifts by all modes of transpotation and as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 30 mm (thirty millimetre) compacted thickness with bitumin of grade VG-10 (ten) @ 5.5 % (at the rate of five point five percent) ( percentage by weight of total mix) and cement filler @ 2 % ( two percent) (percentage by weight of aggregate) including addition of Zycotherem @ 0.10 % (at the rate of zero point ten percent) (percentage by weight of bitumin) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 (hundred - one hundred twenty) TPH capacity by using crushed aggregates of specified grading ,premixed with bituminous binder and filler transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade ,level and allingment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tendam rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete in all respect including hauling of materials in all leads and lifts by all modes of transpotation and as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge
