Supply, Installation on existing foundation/platform/stand/frame, testing and commissioning of following rated microprocessor controlled air-cooled air-conditioning units with all components, controls, interlocking, electrical accessories including indoor & outdoor units, various motors, coils, filters, controller as per detailed technical specifications attached etc. complete as required. The Air-conditioning unit shall be suitable for operation on 415V+/-10%, 50Hz, Three phase AC supply. NOTE: 1. If any a.c. unit of rating higher than that mentioned above is offered by the firm which meets the prescribed technical specifications shall be accepted by the department without any extra charges. 2. In case of replacement of existing AC plant/ AC units, dismantling of all components of existing air cooled AC units along with associated copper piping, ducting, electrical cables and panels, foundations MS works for indoor and outdoor units and all other associated components as per site requirement including cutting, handling and stacking at required place in the premises of the same building and handing-over to the department is included in the above item for which nothing extra shall be paid by the department.

5.0TR/5.5TR ductable A C units

Providing and fixing of following sizes of copper refrigerant piping (soft ananealed/hard drawn) with class 'O' tubular insulation and all accessories i/c cutting, bending, jointing, brazing etc. for refrigerent circuits of air-conditioning units, on existing surface complete as per specifications attached.

Supply and installation of fresh air package capable of delivering 1200CFM provided with coarse filter having efficiency of 90% down to 20 microns, EU-2 type and fine filters for outside air having efficiency of 99.9 % for dust particles down to 5 microns, EU-5 type, mounted on a suitable frame along with necessary dry fabric synthetic type cleanable pre-filters, necessary sheet metal louvers/grills with volume control damper,minor civil works including making openingin the wall and subsequent repairs etc. compete as per specification. Necessary booster fans suitable for operation on 230 (+/- 5%) volts single phase 50 Hz A.C. Supply shall be provide to overcome the static pressure of fine filters as required.

Providing and fixing factory fabricated/ site-fabricated GSS ducting i/c plenum of following sheet thickness, guide vanes i/c minor civil works making opening in the walls/partitions/floors and subsequent repairs etc. complete as per specifications and site requirement.

Supplying, Laying & fixing of 1.1KV grade XLPE insulated copper conductor armoured cables of following sizes on the existing surface with saddles, screws etc. i/c testing and commissioning and end-termination with brass compression gland and copper lugs etc. complete as required.

Providing plumbing work for humidification circuits and drainage requirements including supply of cPVC/uPVC pipes, pipe fittings such as bends, reducers, elbows, tees, unions, flanges etc. for water supply/drain connection of various components of the system.

Supply & fixing of following type of damper of size upto 5sq.ft. made out of 18 gauge CRC/G I sheet used as fire damper,supply air damper or return air damper in main duct or branch duct or in return air path for package/ ductable AC indoor units as per site requirement. i/c nut bolt, gasket etc. as required.
