Earth work exception for foundation in all solids and sub-solids to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive shoring, structing and baling out water wherever necessary and filling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layer of not more than 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth in all places shown by the department officers with initial lead and lifts etc. including leaving the sites complete complying with standard specifications etc complete.

Plain cement cement 1:4:8 Mix using 40 mm ISS Gauge HBG Metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to the work site including all labour charges for mixing,laying,ramming,consolidation and curing etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Random rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:5 for foundation and basement using new stones including necessary provision for bond stones with simultaneous flush pointing with the same mortar above ground level complying with standard specifications.

Superstructure

Collection, supply and filling with well gravel including cost and conveyance of all materials and stacking them at road side to departmental gauge for pre-measurement including all labour charges for filling etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and erecting in the position of centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.00 m high for plain surfaces with all cross bracings using mild steel sheet of 90 mm x 60 cm and or suitable size stiffened with welded-mild steel angle of size 2mmx25mmx3 mm for boarding laid over silver oax (country wood) joists of size 10 x cm x 6.5 cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props 10 mm to 13 cm dia spaced at about 75 cm center to center etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed the departmental officers. For Slab

Supplying, Fabricating and placing in position mild steel or deformed steel bars for all reinforced cement concrete items of work including cost of steel transporting straightening cutting, bending, cranking binding welding etc. Including cost of binding wire MS.chairs laps to fix the reinforcement in all positions, all labour and materials complete complying with standard specifications and drawings and as directed by the departmental Engineers.

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -A) Upto Basement

Finishing the exposed surface of RCC item of work such as slabs beams sunshade panja canopy slab staircase waist slab leading slab etc., with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 10mm thick including baking the surface. The rate is too include the cost of providing the cement mortar beading of nosing for sunshades and staircase steps boulding slabs etc complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supply and fixing of cuddapah slab 50 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all labour charges etc

Floor finishing with fully vitified tilles using best quality of fully vitified tiles of size 600cm x 600cm x 8mm over the base plastering cement mortar 1:3 mix, 20mm thick pointing with using white cement 4kg/10sq.mt. inculing cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges. Etc. complete.

Dadooing of walls with colour glazed tiles of size 300x200x6 mm finished thickness with c.m 1:2- and polished with same color cement including all cost and convene of all materials etc.,complete

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4 (one cement and five sand) 20mm thick in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting the new walls two coats over one coat of priming with best Emulsion paint of approved colour and quality including preparation of surface and finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Painting two coat for new iron works ushing best synthetic enamal paint of approved branded quality of paint over existing primer coat, etc., complete complying with standard specification (The paint should be got approved by the departmental officers before use on works).

Fabrication , supply and fixing of Mild Steel Door/Window of any required size suitable to site condition using 3x35x5mm M.S.L. angle and shutter framme made of 25x25x5mm equal M.S.L angle for Horizondal and Vertical member and shutter frame strengthened by stiffness of MS flats and sections covered with 18 gauge M.S Sheet for Doors and Windows including cost and conveyance of materials , all charges for fabrication , fixing with furnitures etc complete as directed by the Deptl. Officers

Supply and fixing of RCC Jolly including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and labour charges etc., complete charges etc., complete.

Painting two coats over Block Board Paint with best approved best quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over the existing priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Suppling and fixing of 1000 lit capacitty Priming Tank made up of PVC make Syntex/Equalant with necessary fitttings complying with all std specifications as directed.

Supplying and fixing in position colour glazed EUROPEAN WATER CLOSET with 'P' or 'S' trap and double flapped seat cover, 12.50 litres capacity P.V.C. low level FLUSHING TANK including all internal fittings fixed on C.I. brackets, 12mm PVC or brass nipple, chromium plated brown headed stopcock, 12mm nylon connection with necessary teakwood plugs, clamps, screws to the portion coming with walls and floors, including dismantling masonry and redoing the same to the original condition.

Supply and fixing in position 22" Indian type water closet with foot reset includes "P" (or) "S" trap including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., to complete as per std.,specifications.

Weathering course concrete using best quality broken jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be used) over the RCC roof slab in the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over in a single layer and consolidated to the required design and finished thickness, beating the concrete stantly wetted by sprinking lime jaggery water as per standard specification etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof one course of machine pressed tiles of size 20cm x 20x2cm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound confirming to ISS by 2% weight of cement used and the joint pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same water proofing compound mixed with cement mortar, red oxide, etc., compete complying with standard specification.

Supply and fixing of 15A Aerial Fuse Unit (500A) on suitable 100 x 100 mm T W Concealed box with hylem sheet on the tapping pole with necessary clamps (SD-130).

Supply and fixing of 4 way sp of DB of 16 A / way with 32 A DP Switch with metal clad of 500 V with F and N (side Handle) on suitable T.W. board with Earth connection (S.D. No. 156)

Supply and run of 2 of 1.5 sq.mm (22/0.3) PVC Insulated SC unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100 V grade on 7/20 GI bearer wire for service connection mains (SD.64)

Supply and run of 2 x 1.5 Sq.mm (22/.3) PVC Insulated SC unsheathed CU. Conductor of 1100 Grade in 25mm Dia GI Pipe (Glass “B”) suitably Bent of both ends with necessary angle iron upright and end supports for Mains (SD 69).

Supply and fixing of single box type 4’40W flu. Fitting complete with tube copper choke and condenser with TW round blocks on wall orceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed copper leads from terminal to the fitting(SD. 88).

Supply and fixing of WT bulk head fitting with guard (Philips /Bajaj / Crompton / K. Lite) suitable for incandescent lamp with 60 W bulb (SD.84)

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm (22/0.3) PVC insulated unsheathed SC Cu. Conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with TW switch box and 5 A.F.T. switch in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light point / fan point (for electronic regulator) (SD. 25).
