Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) with calibration of Drager make Gas sensor equipments on quarterly basis (every 03 months) at different underground mines and RRRT Burhar of Sohagpur Area, SECL. The bidder should either be OEM or OEM Authorized Agency.

Total Care - Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Contract for 02 years of PAC-7000 Toximeter (05 nos. equipment for 04 times in a year for 02 years i.e. 40 times) Scope of work - a) Bidder will calibrate Toximeter (PAC-7000) at site on quarterly basis through CC vision software b) Bidder will do functional test c) Bidder will do firmware upgradation if required d) Bidder will replace faulty spares (sensors, battery, clip, front cover, back cover, PCB, display etc.) e) Bidder will provide on time emergency service at site for repair of detector if required apart from regular periodic visit. NOTE - ANY PHYSICAL DAMAGE DUE TO MISHANDLING WILL NOT BE COVERED UNDER CMC SPARE REPLACEMENT.
