Repair / painting of steel furniture

REWEAVING OF CHAIR VARANDAH WITH CANE PLASTIC (DRG NO.FD-19, FD-256):-

Removing of existing old unserviceable cane plastic from chair verandah and reweaving the same with new cane plastic (white colour) 6mm width of approved quality including painting with synthetic enamel paint white all as shown on drawing.

REPAIRS TO CHAIR VERANDAH FOR THE FOLLOWING (DRG NO.FD/MAP-II/06):-

SEAT Removing of old unserviceable PVC seat from from its existing position and replace the same with new PVC seat 4mm thick and grooves 90X10mm 10 Nos on seat. Make: of PVC sheet : Brite/Cello/Supreme/Neel Kamal/AMKO

BACK Removing of old unserviceable PVC back from from its existing position and replace the same with new PVC back 4mm thick. Make: of PVC sheet : Brite/Cello/Supreme/Neel Kamal/AMKO

HARD RUBBER Removing of old hard rubber unserviceable hard rubber from from its existing position and replace the same with new hard rubber all as shown on drawing.

PAINTINGS OF CHAIR VERANDAH M&L after removing of existing old worn out paint by any means with proper treatment from chair verandah and applying spray painting two coats with synthetiic enamel white paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as dircted and shown on drawings.

REPAIRS TO TEAPOY VERANDAH FOR THE FOLLOWING (DRG NO.FD-35, FD-383, FD-208):-

TOP Removing decayed top from its existing position and replace the same with new top made out from 18/19mm thick Prelaminated Particle board (Exterior grade) Grade-I quality, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination with 6mm thick well seasoned second class hard wood beading allround the edging provide middle stiffener at the bottom 100mm high between the lower short side rails and provide PVC shoes 25mm dia and 25mm high shall be screwed to bottom of all legs all as shown on drawing.
