Demolition of brick masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches and removing from site etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cm 1 : 6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Ser item No 2 here in before but using old bricks

Taking down chowkats or frames including shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) not exc. 1.5 Sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and direcetd.

M&L for Pressed steel frames of size 105mmx60mm made of 1.25mm thick for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, complete all as specified.

M&L for Pressed steel frames of size 125mmx60mm made of 1.25mm thick for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in hold fast iron fixing and back filing of pressed steel door frame including necessary form work all as specified.

S&F 35 mm thick 2nd class Hard wood plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS: 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated completely all specified and directed.

S&F factory made 35mm thick 2nd class HW Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edge of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beds for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8. clause 8.20 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats Note: Glass/wire gauge shall be measured and paid for seperately.

S&F Solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplied and fitted in openings as per specification and drawing shown in SSR Part-II, complete all as specified.

M&L for Raking out cement/cement mortar in joints/ pointing to brick work or brick tiles, laid flat, in floors, surface channels, roofs, etc. with and including Flush pointing to bricks laid flat or brick tiles in CM 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound. Complete all as specified and directed

S&F butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled, mild steel 100 mm long (ISI marked), complete all as specified.

S&F Aluminum handles, 150 mm size cast type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolt of extruded section and fixed, 200mm long (ISI marked), complete all as specified.

S&F aluminium alloy, 16mm dia and 250mm long anodised, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) with and fixing clips of sheet, cast or excluded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of excluded sections or cast aluminum alloy and fixed, complete all as specified.

S&F galvanised Steel wire cloth 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm fixed with tinned tacks, wire staples or beading etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exc 0.50 Sqm in each panes as specified.

Supply and fix in replacement factory made mild steel cupboards shutters 1 mm thick with frame made from 1.25 mm thick sheet including all fittings i.e. mortice lock with handle ,butt hinges ,peg set of three etc including two coat of synthetic paint over primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stainless steel 20 mm dia curtain rod thickness of pipe not less than 1.0 mm including stainless steel brackets and stainless steel end knobs fixed with plugs & screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete wall surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removing rubbish from the premises etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement as on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with approved water proofing compound on fair faces of brick surfaces or concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces of roof projection/ ceiling and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rough cast plaster with a mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate of size 6mm to 8mm as directed, mixed with coarse sand, fine sand and cement in the ratio of 1:1:1, finished even rendereing with under coat 15mm thick cement and sand mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over 1.5 mm thick JK/Birla wall care putty to achieve smooth finish surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over 1.5 mm thick JK/Birla wall care putty to achieve smooth finish surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

Applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion (weather proof treatment ), in plain patterns, over new plastered surfaces , including preparation and using primer,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of old existing treatment from wall surfaces and applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion (weather proof treatment ), in camouflaging patterns, over surfaces , including preparation and using primer,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of new or previously untreated wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 1st quality coloured glazed ceramic tiles of approved shade of size 450 x 300 mm x 7 to 8mm thick as in vertical surface etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 1st quality anti skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 Sqm but n exc 0.36 Sqm, in flooring etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for first quality, non skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7mm to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but not exc 0.36 sqm, laid on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc laid over and including 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement paste of honey like consistancy and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs/paver block and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc., laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut polished kota stone slab flooring of size of Kotastone 550 mm x 550 mm and 18-20 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Kota stone shall be laid in one piece for treads and risers for step, window cills and moulding/rounding of edge properly.

M&L for polished kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, rubbing, grinding, rounding of edges and polishing to achieve mirror finish, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Kota stone shall be laid in one piesce for treads and risers for step, window cills and moulding/rounding of edge properly.

M&L Granite 20 mm thick of any type work(table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs,pillars windows cill cooking platform and like including pointing in white/colour cement and pigment to match with shade of granite including bull nosing of external,including demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness complete all as specified and as directed. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement vitreous China squatting pan, ‘Orissa’ pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white, with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and lush pipe). Complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement viterous china wash down water closet pan, white (pedestal pattern), including plastic water closet seat, black/white, closed pattern with recessed bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device, (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern) and inlcuding flush pipe set of CP jet with PVC pipe of superior quality complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement, PVC valveless, dual type, syphonic action type flushing cistern, 10 litres capacity, plunger type, low level, white with inlet, ball valve, float , 32 mm dia PVC long bend flush pipe 90cm long, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement, wash hand basin vitreous china flat back 550 x 400 mm size white, first quality, with and including PVC waste coupling 32mm size, PVC waste pipe 32mm bore, brackets of Mild Steel angle iron (35mmx35mmx5mm) of suitable size including two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer over angle iron brackets to walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing as in replacement informatory Sign board of size 600mmx400mm made of ACP Sheet 3 mm thick with stainless steel rectangular frame 25 x 15 mm all around retro reflective high intensity 400 micron thick blue/white colour sheet pasted with heating process on both bsides of the board including 75 mm to 100 mm high black colour letters cut to shape with special plotter and in proper manner incidating Shed No as directed by Engr in charge .02 Nos 50 mm dia stainless steel pipes of 304 grade glossy finish with MS plate 3 mm thick welded at bottom of pipes shall be provided the board and overall height of 1.0 m (top level of board) above GL and shall be embedded in ground using PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 of min size 300mmx300mmx600mm. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement bib tap, 15mm bore, fancy type, chromium plated, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F as in replacement Rotational moulded plythelene white water storage tank tripple layered white coloured, 1000 litres capacity (cylinderical vertical with cxlosed top) hoisted with thread tank cover and fixed in position including GI tank nipple & with union(two nos each), including 20mm for ball valve brass high pressure, with polythene float and fly nut complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling for Plain or corrugated steel sheeting,any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of approved colour having tensile strength 550 MPa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws including side and end lap as per manufacturer’s instructionscomplete all as specified and directed.

M& L in replacement for 18mm thick solid HDHMR board with 0.9-1.20mm thick sunmica leminated sheet on both side of two different colours (colour finish) as in kitchen cabinet shutter, jointed to form cabinet by means of Adhesive Solvent and fixed using Self-tapping Aluminium Screws, including beddding, providing & fixing of Stainless steel piano hinges suitable for 18/19 mm HDHMR Board (minimum of 02 Nos for Each leaf ) to hold cabinet shutter , Stainless Steel Silver chrome Door Handle 100mm long (01 No for each leaf of shutter), complete all as specified and as directed. S& F in replacement factory made box type glazed and gauged steel window/ventilator made out of ERW hollow P&T section. Both window to be welded together with flat iron 25x3mm to outer frames on both sides complete all as specified including MS grill and necessary formwork complete and including shop coat redoxide primer with following fittings welded to frame/shutter:- (a) Hold fast 150mm long 25mmx6mm iron made to shape-02 Nos in each window (both sides) (b) Handle of 'Z' section 20mmx25mm Each leaf (c) 100mm stopper-01 No per leaf. (d) MS tower bolt 150mm long - 02 Nos in each leaf. (e) Cleat 55mm long of hollow square 15mm x 15mm x 24mm welded to hinges gauze wall thickness welded to hinges of 50mm size-01 No per leaf. (f) MS box type hinges of size 75x12mm-03 Nos per leaf (g) Fabrication & fixing complete (h) Flat iron for fixing wire gauge to gauge window Glass pane, wire gauge and synthetic enamel painting work complete. Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 25 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Waterproofing membrane:Supplying and applying water-based ,single component UV resistant elastomeric PU liquid membrane coating applied with brush/roller having SRI >109 with an elongation of >400% and tensile strength of 1.4 MPa as per ASTM D 412, 80 % Solid Content, shore A Hardness of min. 50 as per ASTM D 2240. The system includes final base preparation as per note given below, applying Home Sheild PU ELASTOSEAL BTD or approved product in three coats at 1.85 kg per Sqm providing min 1 mm DFT , complete as per Manufacturer specifications along with 45 GSM Fiber mesh sandwiched between 1st and 2nd coat . Waterproofing membrane to be terminated on parapet wall in a V groove of size 25 mm x 25 mm atleast 300 mm above FFL which should be sealed with Polymer Mortar. Additional layer of geotextile membrane for the protection of waterproffing membrane .The application will be executed by company authorised applicator upon verification from the company.Before tratment, repair of roof should be done by contractor as required (CM pointing 1:4 and PCC 1:2:4)

Surface Preparation: i) The surface to be treated should be sound and free from all types of dirt, dust and debris. Clean surface by brushing, scraping or chipping to eliminate all defective materials and foreign matter. Proper surface preparation needs dry mechanical grinding to expose base Substrate. Making of angle fillets(75mm*75mm) all around the periphery of the wall with polymer modified mortar using SBR Latex Plus. ii) All construction joints and cracks >1mm shall be treated by cutting V groove and filling with polymer modified SBR Latex and reinforced with geotextile membrane dipped in PU liquid Membrane before the 1st coat application.
