Providing and fixing 30 mm thick shutters wire gauge shutters using galvanised M.S wire gauge of average width of aperture 1.4 mm with wire of dia 0.63 mm for doors, windows. And clerestory windows including ISI marked bright finished of/ black enamelled M.S.b :Teak wood

Supply and fixing of 3.0 cm thick Kail wood fully glazed Window shutters including supply and fixing of wooden cleats and stopers and including fixing and adjusting of hinges bolts, locks, handles, springs and/or other fitting but excluding their supply and including painting with two coats of Black Japan on all iron fittings if necessary & including fixing(4 mm thick) glass pances with putty & brand.

Dismantling Cement concrete or brick or granolithic floors i/c base concrete and i/c stacking of dismantled materials as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within a distance of 60 metre.

P/L 40mm thick 1:2:4 plain cement concrete floor with cement, approved coarse sand and 2 cm. (1") graded approved stone grit, laid in panels finished with 3 mm. (1/8") floating coat of neat cement of cement and marble dust in ratio 5:1 as specified over lapping and joints of the penals if any and giving them a uniform finish, including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Supply and fixing 6 to 8mm thick ivory of light shade Vitrified tiles 600 x 600 mm size (Kajaria, Bell, J & J or Somani) in flooring or in skirting or dado laid with 1:3 cement and approved coarse sand mortar finished with white cement slurry, jointing and polishing complete including supply of all materials, labour and T&P complete.

Painting Two coat over priming coat (including cost of priming coat) on new wood surface including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter,and papering and stoping including cost of materials labour T&P etc. as required for proper completion of work .

Providing and laying Brick Coba 12 mm thick laid with M150 class brick bat coba 7.5 cm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 cement and coarse sand mixed with water proofing compound spriding cement slurry mixed with aerelic cement concrete water proofing compounds filled gap of coba & top of coba mixed with water proofing compound 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar finished smooth and top mashed false square 30cm x and side wall parapets shall be mono tythic plaster wall upto 30cm higher and junction and corner shall be rounded by brick ballast cement and coarse sand masonary coba with top finished plaster mixed with acetic water proofing compound @ 2% by weight & including S/o all material, labour, T& P etc complete for proper completion of work.

Providing and fixing in position collapsible steel shutters with vertical channels 20x10x2mm and braced with flat form diagonals 20x5mm size top and bottom rails or T- iron 40x40x6mm with bolts nuts locking arrangement, stoppers handles complete including applying a priming coat of approved paint etc.

Finishing walls with Two coat water-proofing on cement paint of approved make such as approved make and quality of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coat) over and including one coat white cement primer to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to powdered materials including supply of all materials labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Supply and fixing 4cm thick Teak wood window shutters with panels of heavy quality galvanized iron wire gauge1.5mm mesh or any other size with necessary beadings, including supply and fixing of wooden cleats stops and including fixing and adjustment of hinges, bolts and other fitting including supply of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of work

Providing and fixing cup board shutters with 25 mm thick veneered particle board IS 3097 marked exterior grade of approved make including IInd class teak wood laping of 25mm wide x 12mm thick with necessary screws and bright finished stainless completes as per direction of engineer in charge: with decorative veneering on one side and commercial veering on other side

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) complete.

Providing and Fixing 25 mm thick kota stone of size 45x45 cm and above flooring over previously prepared base with 20 mm thick 1:3 cement and sand mortar including filling of joint with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of floor as per direction of engineer in charge. including cutting , rubbing and polishing with wax including supply of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of work

Dismantling roofing Asbestos Cement sheet including purlin battens and vertical support etc., and stacking the material within 60 metres lead

Providing 6 mm thick corrugated asbestos sheets (as per IS: 14871) roofing up to any pitch and fixing with polymer coated J, or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. G.I. plain and bitumen washers or with self drilling fastener and EPDM washers etc. complete including all material labour and T&P etc. cutting sheets to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick veenered particle board in ceiling with necessary nails etc. complete (frame work to be paid separately):

The armouring of the cable shall be properly connected with the earth conductor by clamps etc.

Supply and burying of 600mm x 600mm x 6mm G.I. plate vertically for earthing with its top at least 3 metres below ground level complete with 20mm dia G.I. pipe and funnel for watering and one earthing lead of one no. 8 to 10 SWG GI wire in 15mm dia G.I. pipe up to switch board (from appron to switch board the cost of G.I. pipe and G.I. wire will be extra) 30cm square C.I. frame with hinged cover masonry housing alternate layers of charcoal/coke and salt at least 150mm thick alround etc. as per directions of Engineer-in-charge complete in all respects as per drawing (This will apply for earthing of poles also).
