Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section embedded in natural ground including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh of any type of any description fixed to any type of fencing posts.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface in soft/ loose soil.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

S&F mild steel work such as angle iron in posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including necessary welding where required as per site requirement and other similar works complete, conforming to Gde E-165 (Fe 290).

Fixing only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire. Note :- Supply only chain link fencing shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing any size or type as directed complete all as specified. Note:- Flat iron, round bars, nut bolts and washer shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F mild steel round bars as in tie bars fixed to fencing posts including cut to length, bent to shape, welding of bar at spots as directed and other similar works, conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete, all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt not exc 10cm and dia of neck 11 to 15 mm complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing 4mm dia galvanised steel wire, 150mm x 100mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position, including closing after filling complete all as specified & as directed.

Material and labour preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

S&F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc as directed. Note :- Each line of horizontal / vertical / diagonal wire to be measured for the purpose of payment.

S&F mild steel framed work as in doors / gates / steel frames etc. of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete of Gde E-165(Fe 290), drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering including necessary welding etc and fixing in position complete.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for in this Schedule all as specified & directed.

M&L reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span and the like. Note :- Reinforcement & formwork shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and bending with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia, complete, all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No. 16.00 here-in-above but 8mm dia.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as directed.

M&L formwork to edges of concrete flats, roofs, floors etc not exc 20cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but not exc 20cm wide for rough finished surfaces.

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling), corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match, set in CM 1:6 all as specified & as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundations, filling, edging of pathway and mass concrete.

Material and labour brick work with old size sub-class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

M & L brick work with FLY ASH BRICKS {As per IS-13757 (1993) burnt clay fly ash building bricks}, (OLD SIZE BRICKS) straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair face of brick work of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material and labour preparation of newly plastered surface of walls & applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified.

M&L 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in damp proof course on horizontal surface using water proofing compound including necessary formwork. Note : - Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) louvers and jallies, 35mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame, set in CM 1:6 including dismantling of old unserviceable jallies all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring, finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified & as directed. Note : - Glass dividing strips shall be measured and paid for separately as “Supply only” under relevant item of this Schedule.

Supply only glass dividing strips 3mm thick and 38mm wide.

M&L factory made 60mm thick machine pressed precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of Grade M-35 conforming to IS 15658-2006 of shape and size as directed with grey cement and no pigment laid over & including 25mm thick sand cushioning, joints of blocks filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as Specified & directed.

M&L factory made 60mm thick machine pressed precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of Grade M-35 conforming to IS 15658-2006 of shape and size as directed with grey cement and pigment laid over & including 25mm thick sand cushioning, joints of blocks filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as Specified & directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.and applying cement slurry @3Kg/Sqm all as specified & as directed.

M&L for hardcore of broken bricks, gauge not exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection surface finished fair and even complete all as specified. Note :- Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid to slope of 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 3 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3).

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors and similar works of Gde E-165(Fe 290) including welding etc. complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked).

M&L cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains and benching including finishing the top of benching even and smooth using extra cement Note : Forming fair finished channel for drain using extra cement shall be measured and paid for separately.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.

Add to (or deduct from) serial item No. 39 here-in-above for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm inner girth.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping benching and bed blocks etc including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished rough complete all as specified.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or ‘L’ type or ‘J’ type or cranked hooks bolts complete all as specified & directed.

S&F rolled mild steel work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats, necessary welding etc. conforming to Gde E-250 (Fe 410-W) quality `A’ ISI marked (IS-2062) all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles (coloured) 450mm x 350mm x 7mm thick Ist quality on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering (as screed bed) in cement & sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick Ist quality (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular), polished, coloured (light shade as approved), area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints as specified of random rubble walling uncoursed or brought upto courses, with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface on lime or sand stone not exc 40 mm .

M&L for Keyed pointing in cement mortar 1:4 to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto course stone masonry all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brick/stone masonry built in cement/lime mortar complete, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling AC sheet (Corrugated, Semi corrugated etc) as in roofs etc complete all as specified
