Pre-fab mild steel single leaf door of size 900 mm x 1900 mm made out of angle iron 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm, MS Black sheet 4 mm thick with suitable strong hold fasts for embedding in concrete/wall as per IS-1038-1983. Doors to be provided with door stoppers with Chowkhat of MS Angle 50x50x6mm (975mm + 2 X 2025mm) and 4x125mm MS Butt hingle, with suitable strong 06x hold fasts of size 300 long over all size MS flat iron 30x6mm for embedding in concrete/wall as per IS-1038-1983. Doors to be provided with door stoppers, 02 Nos MS handle and 02x 20mm dia Sliding bolt fabricated type of 300mm long complete all as directed.

Loop Hole . Pre-fab mild steel loop hole size 750 mm x 600 mm (two numbers) will be fixed. The loop hole shutter shall be provided with suitable bolting arrangement. A MS hook is to be provided in front of each loop hole in ceiling of roof slab, the shuttering of opening to divided into three Nos of parts. Middle parts be of size 450x600mm and other two shutter be of blance equal size, all three shutters to be opened/closed in dependently and MS hings to be provided at bottom of shutter & tower bolt to be provided at top of shutter as per drgs & specifications.

Loop Hole . Pre-fab mild steel loop hole Inner size 550x450mm and outer size 750x450mm (two numbers) will be fixed/one Loop hole of size 1000x450mm (inner) and 1500x450mm (outer). The loop hole shutter shall be provided with suitable bolting arrangement. A MS hook is to be provided in front of each loop hole in ceiling of roof slab (Note : central loop hole of size 1000x450mm is to be divided in to three parts, centre part be of size 550x450mm and all three shutters be fixed with MS hinges at frame at bottom and at top tower bolt to be provided in each shutter). Section of shutter and frame etc are as per drg enclosed.
