Earth work in making Diversion, ramp, bandha in ordinary soil with ramming , compaction and dressing the surface , slopes etc i/c lead up to 30.00 m. and lift up to 1.50 m. and labour etc

Earthwork excavation in foundation in dry ordinary soil including lift up to 1.50 m and lead up to 30.00 m including back filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the structure and the sides of foundation trenches and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer in charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches.

Cement concrete in 1:4:8 with cement, coarse sand and stone aggregate of 20-40 mm size in foundation including all labour, T&P etc. complete for proper completion of work.

Class - 150 ( Non modular ) brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Supplying and laying TMT Steel bar reinforcement as per approved drawing, including removal of rust, cutting, bending, binding, placement with proper overlapping, providing chairs etc. required.The item includes cost of all material, labour charges, providing & binding with 24 BWG binding wire, T&P, taxes etc. required for proper completion of the required work.

RCC work providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement conc. Slab including the cost of centering , shuttering , finishing and excluding reinforcement above plinth level in 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement, 1.5 corsesand and 3 grade stone agg. 20mm nominal size)

Providing and Laying C.C. 1:1.5:3 with ( 1 cement, 1.5 corsesand and 3 grade stone agg. 20mm nominal size) and curing complete including cost of form work.

Ruled - Pointing (1:2) with cement and coarse sand not less than 1.25 FM including all cost of materials, Scaffolding, T&P, and lab our etc. required for proper completion of work up to 3.00 M height.

Supply & fixing of 75 mm dia PVC pipe for weep wholes i/c all material T&P,labour required for completion of work.

Distampering with dry distemper (First coat including priming coat) of approved brand and required shade on undecorated wall surface to give an even surface including the supply of all materiai and labour & T&P etc. complete.

Laying brick on edge soling laid dry filling joints i/c preparation of base to proper slope and its ramming i/c all labour t&p etc required for proper completion of work.
