Removing unserviceable and broken plastic cane and cleaning entire surface of the Chair Dining and recanning with new plastic cane of size 1.8x0.46mm and boarder with 3.0x0.60mm size cane as per Godrej Pattern complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of the old surface by scrapping down and smoothening with sand paper and putty to get an even smooth finish and apply two coats of French polish to obtain GLOSSY FINISH appearance all as directed.

5mm thick electro copper plated mirror of size 440 x 300mm.

Supply 5mm thick Copper oxidised steel peg hooks of size 120 x 75 mm.

Key plate with screw for wall mounting of 25 mm x 40 mm.

Teak wood edging of size 6 x 35mm alround the plywood.

Preparation of the old surface by scrapping down and smoothening with sand paper and putty to get an even smooth finish and apply two coats of French polish to obtain GLOSSY FINISH appearance all as directed.

PEG TABLE (FD-236 / 277) Removing the following unserviceable parts of Peg Table and supply and fix new parts duly french polished on replaced parts to match with existing parts all as specified, shown on drawings and as directed.

Table top of size 300mm x 450mm made out of pre-laminated particle board 18mm thick, exterior grade with approved shade on one side and other side balancing white duly provided with 4mm thick teak wood edging alround duly french polished complete all as specified and directed.

Teak wood long rail made to shape.

Teak wood short rail made to shape.

Teak wood legs of peg table made to shape including nylon buffers.

SIDE BOARD (FD-241) Removing the following unserviceable parts of Side Board and supply and fix new parts all as specified, shown in drawing and as directed:-

Door shutter in two parts of size 655mm x 835mm made out of pre-laminated particle board 18mm thick, exterior grade with matching shade on both side of approved make duly fitted with Piano hinges, knobs 2 No., lock 01 No. and providing border with 4mm thick first class teak wood beading all around complete. Note:- Double leaf shutter shall be measured as one unit.

Side portion of pre-laminated particle board 18mm thick exterior grade with matching shade on both side of approved make on the other side.

Back side of 6mm commercial plywood all as shown in the drawing and as directed.

Bottom Frame made out of first class teak wood fitted with stiffeners and legs 4 Nos complete all as specified and directed.

Drawer made with 18 mm particle board exterior grade with matching shade on both side of approved make duly fitted with chromium plated knob complete.

Bottom and top made out of 18mm thick particle board exterior grade with matching shade on both side of approved make.

STOOL DRESSING WITH CUSHION SEAT (FD/E6/MAP/14) Removing the following unserviceable parts of Stool dressing and supply and fix new parts duly french polished on all replaced parts to match with existing parts all as shown in drawing and as specified and as directed:-

Teak wood legs both front & rear legs made to shape alongwith PVC bushes.

Teak wood long rail / side rail made to shape with cushion seat fitting provision as per the measurements shown in the drawing all as specified and as directed.

Teak wood Brackets / stiffener duly tightned by proper drilling with screws all as specified & as directed.

Foam cushion 75 mm thick 32 density seat duly stiched with cloth tepestry of approved colour and costing not less than Rs. 350/- per running meter with 12mm thick plywood BWR Grade for seat all specified and as directed.

Preparation of the old surface by scrapping down and smoothening with sand paper and putty to get an even smooth finish and apply two coats of French polish to obtain GLOSSY FINISH appearance all as directed.

Drawer of size 300 x 270mm made out of 12mm prelaminated particle board natural teak shade & other side white on front side with 12mm thick teak wood plank on sides and rear with 6mm thick plywood bottom including provision of chromium plated knob .

Top made of 18mm thick Prelaminated particle board DSL, Nina Teak shade, exterior grade with 1mm PVC edge banding all around the top.

Pull Out Tray made of 18mm thick Prelaminated particle board of matching shade, exterior grade with 1mm PVC edging all around fixed the tray on telescopic channel of suitable size.

Pull Out drawer made of 12mm thick Prelaminated particle board of existing shade, exterior grade with 1mm PVC edge banding all around fixed the tray on telescopic channel with CP handle 75mm long.

Openable glass shutter 5.5mm thick with glass hinges, magnetic catcher and CP handle 75mm.
