Demolition below G.L. upto 1.50Metres depth and disposal of unserviceable materials within 20 metres lead. un-reinforced cement concrete more than 15 cm. Thickness with in all leads & lifts, carriage of material & other incidential complete in all respects as per entire satisfaction of engineer-in- charge.

Excavation in drains and channels etc. in earth work including dressing of side and bed and disposing of excavated earth upto a lead of 20 metres and lift upto 1.50 metres disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed: Spade Work:cum with in all leads & lifts, carriage of material & other incidential complete in all respects as per entire satisfaction of engineer-in- charge.

Excavation in foundations, trenches etc., in earth work, lift upto 1.50 Metres stacking the eacavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm. layers, when required in to plinths sides of foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 metres with in all leads & lifts, carriage of material & other incidential complete in all respects as per entire satisfaction of engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802,803,1202 and 1203 in cement concrete 1:6:12 with in all leads & lifts, carriage of material & other incidential complete in all respects as per entire satisfaction of engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement: 2sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete including cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials within all leads & lifts & other incidentials complete in all respcts.

Brick work using common burunt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortor 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) Second Class bricks.

15 mm thick cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick / concrete / stone walls for interior plastering upto floor tow level including arrises , internal rounded angles , chamfers , and or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in grith and fnished even and smooth.cement mortor 1: 3 ( 1 cement : 3 sand)

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surface (two coats) to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered material including carriage of materials with in all leads , lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing PVC water storage tank of ISI : 12701 marked, G.I. inlet and outlet onnection, 15mm nominal bore ball valve and mosquito proof PVC cover with locking arrangement including hoisting up to all heights above ground level :- 2000 Lit capacity

Providing and laying in trenches, galvanised mild steel tubes (medium grade), tube fittings (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid separately) :- with in all leads & lifts, carriage of material & other incidential complete in all respects as per entire satisfaction of engineer-in- charge.
