M&L hand cut Kota stone flooring 20 to 25 mm thick laid, jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the shade of Kota stone as in floor, treads etc including rubbing and mirror polishing laid over and including screed bed 20mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base/flooring complete.

M & L for 300 x 600mm x 6 to7mm thick coloured glazed ceramic tiles in dado/skirting , laid and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete over and including 10 mm thick CM (1:4) backing coat including triangular filleting on top in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for coloured vitrified tiles 600x600x8mm thick as in flooring, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with tiles, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for matt finished coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick joint free, 400x400mm size of approved colour, set jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 etc complete as in flooring all as specified and directed.

S & F for Granite 18 to 20mm thick, machine cut (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, kambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in 10mm thick screed bed cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Rounding edges of stone slab one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform and other similar situation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Machine cut cuddapa stone slabs one side polished 20 to 25mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over and including 20mm screed bed in cement mortar (1:6).

M&L for pavers vitrified parking tiles, glossy finish of size 300x300x10mm thick, conforming to IS-4457 (2007) set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast inerlocking paver blocks glossy finish with any shape and size conforming to 15658-2006, 60mm thick M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment laid over & including 25mm thick stone dust/grit complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) 75mm thick laid in alternate bays including finishing the surfaces even and sooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Dismantling of wrought or MS work of any description etc as directed.

Dismantling of fencing wiremesh, any type

Supply only chain link fencing size & mesh as directed by Engr-in-charge

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion in cement concrete and making good disturbed ground.

S&F angle iron posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165

M&L for Plates (plain or chequered) channels, conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment
