NOTES :(i)The bidders/contractors are advised to read tender document & all corrigendum/ amendments and General conditions of contracts before entry/quoting the rates.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out as in soft/loose soil.

Excavation in post holes not exceeding 0.5 cum and getting out and returning filling in, ramming earth in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good in hard/dense soil.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.50 m above the starting point.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm as in soft/loose soil.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete M-7.5(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Plain Cement Concrete M-15(Nominal Mix) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in making good window opening, lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, coping, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water trough and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Reinforced Cement Concrete M-20 (Nominal mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and Columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slab, floor slabs, landings not exceeding 200 mm thick (horizontal or sloping) for rough finished surfaces of concrete.

Material and labour for TMT Bars Fe 500D 10mm dia & over cut to length bent to shape required inculding cranking bending spirally hooping for columns etc and binding with MS wire ennealed less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clip complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Brick work with bricks class designation 75, old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15 mm in Cement Mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even smooth without using extra cement to the plastered surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Rendering 15mm thick plaster in Cement Mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surface of wall and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, with water proofing treatment. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measure and paid separately

Material and labour for Preparation of new surface and applying 3 coats white wash on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new surfaces and and applying 2 coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali based primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Rolled mild hollow steel sections steel of grade YSt 310 conform to IS 4923-1997 in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, bracing and fastenings including distance pieces, cleats etc. Note:- The steel trusses shall be provide as per TD no CESZ/STD/26.

Supply and fixing of pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick and pitch length 75 mm c/c of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges, tips, valley, gutters, length & girth as fixed with nail or screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour of Mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment conforming to Fe-290(Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exceeding 22.5 cm and not exceeding 30 cm long, dia of neck 16 to 20 mm complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 7.5 (Nominal Mix) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Hard core of gauge not exceeding 63 mm of broken stone or boulders , spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface

Material & Labour Material and labour for outdoor, antiskid, vitrified paving tiles, of size 300mmx300mmx10mm laid in floors, set and jointed in cement mixed with pigment to match tile colour over 15mm thick screed bed layer in CM (1:4) including roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and brushign neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour of 18mm thick granite ( of any type) work ( table rubbed and polished in pillars and like set in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 15mm thick screed bed layer in CM (1:4) including taking down existing one complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel and iron surfaces of any description over exceeding 10 cm in width or girth complete all as specified and as directed..

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surface and applying two coats coat of black bituminous paint on steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth including preparation and one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing ceiling rose surface bakelite 65x50mm three terminals complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods, electronic regulator and accessories, 230 V, 1200 mm sweep. Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE. Five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) and necessary connecting PVC insulated Flexible cable for connection from ceiling rose to fan and connecting complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing of LED surface/ceiling mounting(suspended from ceiling) box type light fitting 20Watt with LED Lamp , drive and made of epoxy powder coated extruded aluminium channel housing with high quality polycarbonate opal diffuser cover & high power LED’s as light source with 120 Lumen per watt (Minimum) and including all other standard accessories as per manufacture instructions ,internally pre-wired including connecting up three core1.00sq. mm copper conductor flexible wire/cable complete all as specified. Material and labour for Sand cushioning to the full width of trenches for protection of cables including punning down complete all as specified. Note :- Thickness of sand cushioning shall be the thickness after punning down.

Material and labour for laying of Class designation 75 bricks, old size, flat, common clay laid in trenches across the trench as cable protection complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for horizantal boring without cutting/ disturbing the existing surface under road, pavement, hard standing by by mechanical/manually and insertion of GI/CI/PP-R/PVC pipe of any dia/ bore/size complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Pipes shall be measured and paid separtely.

Material and labour for laying of LT XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty cable 1100 volt grade ISI marked with alumimium conductor multi strand cross sectional area 10 Sqmm x 4 Core complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for laying of LT XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty cable 1100 volt grade ISI marked with alumimium conductor multi strand cross sectional area 25 Sqmm x 4 Core complete all as specified and directed .

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory made powder coated (CPRI approved) outdoor type, dust & vermin proof feeder pillar box made out of 3.15mm CRCA steel sheet of suitable size and angle iron 40 mm x 40mm x 6 mm , powder coated over one coat of red oxide primer suitably grouted in PCC-M10 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including bus bar, internal wiring with PVC insulated single core cables of copper conductor of suitable size duly numbered with tags for the circuits with hinged double door shutters (front & rear), cubical type locking arrangement and slanted roof. The size of panel boards shall be suitable for housing the accessories given here under and also suitable for operation on AC 415 Volt, 3 phase, 50 Hz supply system including disconnecting of electric connection both incoming & out going from existing unsv indoor/outdoor feeder pillar boxes/busbar enclosers and unsv accessories and taking out panel from the foundation . The panel board shall comprise of following items & all specified in SSR Part-I clause no 19.21 and all as shown on drawing .

Note: Schedule of credit (SCHEDULE OF CREDIT) amount of Rs ₹ ___________ mentioned on Page No ____ shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
