Disconnecting and removing ceiling fan of 1200/1400 mm sweep any height from electrical connection bringing down, dismantling, cleaning internally and externally thoroughly examine and replacement of split pins/ cotter pins and check nuts etc overhauling, lubricating , reassembling, refixing in original position complete all as specified. NOTE :- spare parts will be measured and paid seperately as Supply Only

Taking down exhaust fans/wall mounted fans of any size and any type and cleaning the dust properly, oiling, greasing & overhualing and replacement of defective items and bearings including refixing and connecting up all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Materials and Labour for one coat of spray painting, super glossy to fan body including blades with white colour, after removing of loose paint, rust dust and oily particle by scraping , complete all as specified and as directed.
