Special Repair and renovation of Sub-Collector office at Gunupur during 2025-26

Removing Old lime or cement plaster including raking out joints 12mm deep and removing the debris within 50m lead with cost of all labour T&P,Cess etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Scarping old paints with scapers, sand papering & washing with soap water or soda including scaffolding charges up to 5.0m hetght with cost of all labour T&P,Cess etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 16 mm thick C.P. with C.M. (1:6) on inside surface of wall with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalties and EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials with cost of all labour, T&P,Cess, and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Painting two coats with approved weather seal paints of approved colour, shade on wall surface over a coat of wall primer including sand papering, polishing the surface, cost, conveyances,EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P,Cess etc, complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.Ground Floor

Finishing plastered surfaces with cement putty (water based) of approved make on inside plaster / concrete surface and finishing the surface smooth and even by sand papering to receive paint in walls, at all heights with staging wherever necessary with cost, conveyance,EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials, cost of all labour, all T&P,Cess etc. required for the work complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint over a coat of water bound cement primer to make an even finished surface in all floors and heights to wall surface of approved make and shade including sand papering, applying putty wherever necessary & cost of scaffolding, staging charges with cost, conveyance,EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P,Cess etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting one coat with approved enamel paints of approved colour, shade over old Iron / Wood work including sand papering, polishing the surface, cost, conveyances, EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P,Cess etc, complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing fitting, fixing of partition walling OEL anodized Al. section of 9210 and 9207 as single groove and double groove respectively as horizontal and vertical member and OEL section 4660 as tapered clip for fixing of 12mm thick pre-laminated board and jointing angle no 1855 etc. including all cost of labour, T&P,Cess hire charges of drilling machine, labour charges etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
