Finishing walls with premium Acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicon additives of required shade: Old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 liters/ 10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface.

Painting on G.S. sheet with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade on old work (one or more coats).

Providing and fixing of 12mm thick T&G planks made of imported wood (Budloo wood) for roof, soffits, walls and ceiling on wood work in false ceiling, partitions sawn and put up in position in budloo wood (ceiling joists) and on walls including necessary wooden frame work cost of necessary adhesive and cost of nails etc complete job including cost of nails / screws all complete as approved by EIC (including cost of all materials, scaffolding, lead, lifts and carriages etc upto site of work complete.

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 meters lead : Of area of 3 sqm. and below

Providing and fixing 35mm thick panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: -Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately) (Second class kail wood).

Providing and fixing 35mm wire gauze shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauze of average width for aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia. 0.63 mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows with ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws as per direction of Engineer-in-charge :

Applying priming coat With ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood).
