To & fro transportation of Transformer with accessories including Insurance, loading/unloading between Undertaking site and contractor’s site

Removing top plate, disconnecting OLTC gear, Conservator and Buchholz Relay etc and taking out, putting back core coil assembly in original position for inspection

Dismantling of HV windings

Dismantling of the core assembly

Cleaning and painting of transformer tank from inside and outside as per specification

Cleaning and painting of conservator tank from inside and outside as per specification

Replacement of the damaged / defective core laminations

Reconditioning of the damaged / defective core laminations

Replacement of core bolts with insulation

Reassembly of the core

Replacement of HV winding by using new conductor and insulation (labour charges only)

Overhauling and repairs of ON LOAD TAP CHANGER, OLTC mechanism overhauling. The OLTC shall be made mechanically and electrically through

Dehydration of the assembled core and windings in an oven under vacuum

Assembly of accessories such as conservator tank, HV and LV bushings, radiators, associated pipings etc for carrying out final testing at the works.

Cost of new transformer oil to be replaced

Routine/acceptance tests as per IS 2026-1977 and as per Annexure-VII

Heat Run test

Replacement of all gaskets
