Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes ,scrubs,saplings and trees of girths upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlie and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness as per technical specification clause 201 in all etc complete

Picking the existing BT surface and sectioning including all labour charges etc, complete.

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in Subbase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Applying PRIMECOAT over WMB/ WMM surface at 7.00Kg of SS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. Comp.

Applying TACK COAT over Primed WMM surface at 2.5Kg of RS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. complete

Bituminous macadam of 50mm thick shall consist of Construction in a single course of compacted crushed aggregates premixed with bituminous binder of 80/100 grade at the rate 3.5% by weight of total mix to serve as base /binder in accordance with Bc25/30/40mm thick(Grade II) using VG30 Bitumen and Plastic waste .

Providing and laying Bituminious concrete which shall consists of construction of a single course binder /wearing corse on a previosly prepared Bituminous base to the requirements of the specification using 60/70 grade bitumen as per MorRTH specificaton CI.508.

Collection of Carted earth from approved quarry an average lead 1Km including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc.,

Road Marking by providing and laying of hot applied Thermoplastic Compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Supplying and fixing of Name board cum Citizen board including painting and lettering as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete

Supplying and fixing of Kilo Metre stones including painting and lettering as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete

Supplying and fixing of Hecta Metre stones including painting and lettering as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (One of cement, four of sand and eight of hard broken stone) using 40mm size hard broken stone inclusive of shoring, strutting, bailing out water, ramming, curing etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and erecting centering for sides for all reinforced cement concrete works like Drain sides, revetment sides etc., using Mild steel sheets of size 90cm × 60cm and B.G. 10, stiffened with Mild steel Angles of size 25mm × 25mm × 3mm including removing the same after specified period without damaging RCC works etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers complying with relevant standard specifications

Cement concrete 1:3:6 (One of cement, three of sand and six of hard broken stone) using 40mm size hard broken stone for foundation inclusive of shoring, strutting, bailing out water, ramming, curing etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Costruction of un-reinforced, dowel joined at expanssion and construction joint only, plain c.c pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade),coarsse and fine mm,aggregates conforming to is: 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, mixed in concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design , laid in approved fixed side formwork (Steel channel,laying and fixing of 125 micrin thick polythene flim, wedge,steekl plates including levellingthe formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholves, rakes, compacted using needle,screed and plte vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion , construction jointsmapplying debonding stips,primer , sealant dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause.
