Excavating in trenches in any type of soil, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, cesspits,manholes, pier holes, water/sewer pipe line, electric cable line etc not exceeding 10 Sqm area on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out ,including taking out defective cable, sand cushion and protection cover and stacking serviceable materials for reuse and removing unserviceable from complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning , filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sand cushioning to under ground cable in trenches/existing cable trenches/ducts in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note:-23 cm Punned thickness shall be reckoned for the purpose of measuremet and payment)

Supply, lay, test, joint and commission in replacement XLPE insulated , screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric powercable heavy duty with aluminium conductor of size cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core, 11000 Volts grade (11 KV earthed system); laid in trenches/under floor/through ducts, fixed on pole/pipes/open complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation & Earth work, sand cushioning, cable protection cover, pipe and joint shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BoQ

S&F Cable End Termination Jointing Kit, HT 11 KV grade, heat shrinkable, indoor type complete with jointing materials and accessories suitable for HT XLPE cable 3 core 11 KV grade of size 70 Sqmm to 120 Sqmm x 3 core armoured alumuinium conductor cable complete all as specified and directed. Note- Unit rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to inclusive of jointing material like long sleeve form RMU connection and other connected items, T&P and labour etc.

Supply and lay 300mm x 180mm x 40mm thickness Un-reinforced Precast Concrete Cable Covers Class HV, type-1, flat, ISI marked, putting on the cable abutting to each other for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing in replacement complete with Copper earth plate electrode 60cm x60cm x 3.15mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level ,connected to and including Copper earth strip 20X3mm by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers made of copper alloy and connection to test point and earth dolly and provision of charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil/rock strata and testing complete all as specified and directed and shown in electrical plate number 3 of MES SSR part-I complete with the following:- (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of Soil/rock strata. (b) PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1, Pre-cast RCC cover with CI frame with suitable handle 50 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than1.87 Kg/ Sq meter. (c) Funnel with 20 mm bore galvanised iron medium grade watering pipe and lugs etc complete all as specified and directed. (d) 40 mm bore galvanised iron light grade protection pipe for protection of earthing lead and earth lead, each 7.5m long complete all as specified and directed. (e) Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal. Note:- Copper earth strip and 40mm light grade GI protection pipe upto 7.5m each shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item. (ii) If the desire earth resisitance not obtained on testing after completion, earthing shall be redone by the contractor without any extra cost upto obtain the desired resistance. (iii) Tibba sand shall be shall be used by the contractor after filling of salt and charcoal for earthing.

Supply, install, commission and test Ring Main Unit (RMU) HT 11 KV Outdoor Extensible type, cubical 3 Way (1 I/C VCB + 2 O/G VCB) gas (SF6) insulated comprising with incomer - 1 Nos. X VCB and outgoing - 02 NOs X VCB of rating of each 630 Amp 3 phase 50 cycle 12 KV, 20 KA/3 sec ambeint temprature (-5 degree celsius to +55 degree celsius ) . Manual operated SF6 breaker having copper bus bar 600 Amp rating cast resin tank with , LV current transformer compatible with self powered relay & 11 KV resin cast PTs (one set of 3 Nos.) with seprate metering chamber complete make- SIEMENS model 8 DJH ST/ euivalent in makes specified in Appendix "B" Makes of Particular Specifications.. Each Circuit breaker will have the following- (i) Manually operated SF6 VCB 3 phase 630 A, 12 KV rating circuit breaker having resin cast tank and earthing switch with full making capacity with position ON-OFF - Earth (ii) Manual line disconnector with three position switches ON-OFF -Earth (iii) Anti reflex operating handle (iv) Auxiliary switches 3 No. +3 NC with wiring
