Providing and laying Tack coat over the existing bituminous surface using 2.0 kgs of bitumen emulsion (Rapid Setting 1) per 10 Sq.m area including cost of bitumen emulsion at the site, including labour charges for preparing the surface, and applying the required quantity of bitumen emulsion as Tack Coat using bitumen sprayer etc., complete as per Clause 503 of MORTH Specifications Rev.5

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete 30mm thick using 19 – 9.50 mm metal, 9.5-2.36 mm Metal, 2.36 mm and below Metal of specified grading aggregates and Quarry Dust with 37.73 kg of VG30 (60/70grade) bitumen ( Procured from State/ Central Public sector undertakings only) for premixing per 10sq.m including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and stacking them on road side to standard departmental metric gauge for pre-measurement, heating the bitumen in bitumen boiler heating the aggregates and mixing them with bitumen in mini hot mix plant, spreading the mix in the required temperature for uniform thick of 30mm over a previously prepared surface to specified grade and cross section and compaction by power roller, including labour charges, spreading etc., including Hire charges for machineries etc., complete as per clause 509 of MORTH Specifications to achieve the desired compaction.
