M&L Chemical earthing (Compound Based earthing) having advance encapsulated compound based CPRI tested maintainance free , pipe in -pipe technology upgraded( Zinc and alloy coated), Zinc cozted (80-100) microns with pure zinc (99.9%) & alloy coating (200-250 microns). Earthing system confirming to IS 3034. The outer and inner pipe should be 76.2mm & 41.9 mm dia, 3 metre length, Zinc coated with additional special alloy coating 300 mm on the top side for additional protection of the terminal. The annular space between the pipes being filled up with compact fill (CF) (Crystalline conductive compound) . The compact fill (CF) mixture which is machine pressed in the pipes should not disintegrate or collapse when oter pipes corrodes. The inner pipe should be extended with terminals for connectivity. The job includes digging the pit not less than 3 metre and refilling the same by electrodite/conductolite Back fill compound(Ground Enhancer)CONDUCTOLITE, The BFC should be eco friendly , It should not contain environmentally hazardous material/metalhaving ROHS certification from NABL acrredited lab . The Earth pit should be provided with FRP earth pit cover for protection and safe guard of terminals.compete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Make- ASHLOK, MODEL-ASEEL-39- ZC & AC (76.3 mm Dia) 3 M LENGTH with back fill compound/ ABB or its equivalent make. Notes for Item No. 9.21 :- (i) In areas where soil condition is bad, good earth is to be filled in the exacavated pits by mixing the same with BFC 2 or 4 bags extra per pit/unit. (ii)The earthing values obtained shall be less than 1 ohm iii)The manufacturer shall provide minimum 10 years warranty on each earth pit in terms of ohmic value (iv) Extra BFC bag shall be measured and paid seperately. (v) The excavation, removing exacavated material paid seprately in respective item.
