Excavation in foundation trenches etc in all classification of soil such as pick work,jumper work,pick jumper work,blasting work and hard blasting work in dry or saturated condition upto any depth and lift including pumping and bailing out water where required including stacking the serviceable and unserviceable material separately as directed and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm(fifteen centimeter) layers when required into plinth and sides of foundation etcetra consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus unserviceable excavated earth as directed by the engineer in charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts disposed material to be neatly dressed leveled as per instructions of the Engineer in charge Any loss to the public /private property during the course of execution shall be abssolute respossibility to the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm.thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuutering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in: Foundation, footings basis of columns etc. and mass concrete including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 (1 Cement:2 Sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :Suspended Floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams,girders, bressumers and contilever upto all floor level including carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing mild steel/Tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto all floor level Tor Steel including carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work,including cutting ,hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint. In trusses and trussed purlins in buildings including carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 cm overall with 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 6mm dia & prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required including carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet 1.66mm to 2mm thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separtely) including carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat)on new steel and other metal surface under coat with ready mixed paint brusing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface all dirt,dust and other foreign matter :--Enamel paint other than white including carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement:4 sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in: Foundation and plinth including carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Laying of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements having thickness 80 mm ISI Marked as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1504 including carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 15 cm. wide 45 cm. overall semicircular plain G.I. sheetgutter with iron brackets 40x3mm size bolts and nuts and washers etc. including making necessary conections with rain water pipe complete as per design. 0.63mm thick sheet including carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face PVC (D-Plast) rain water pipes of working pressure not less than 4.5 kg/sqm including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete. 150mm dia pipes including carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing on wall faces PVC (D-Plast) accessories for rain water pipes including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete PVC Plain bend 150mm dia including carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
