Taking down chowkats or frames exc. 1.5 Sqm and n.exc. 4 Sqm (without taking off shutter from the frames) and removal from site.

Taking down shutters of any description exc. 1 Sqm and n.exc. 2 Sqm each.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for second class hard wood plain solid straight chowkats and frames wrought framed rebated on the solid rounded on chamfered put together with glue pinned and joints complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters and refixing in same opening of any description exc. 1 Sqm but not exc. 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain, framed, panelled shutters 35 mm thick (any number of panels), with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged), or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers; supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube supplying & fixing in opening as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.
