For the work of Earthing of PTR, DT, Pole and VCB Panels sanctioned under Business Plan 2026-27 in areas under Electricity Urban Distribution Circle-Gorakhpur

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of GI pipe earthing for body/tank earthing of 33/11 kV power transformer by boring type, comprising 40 mm dia GI pipe electrode conforming to IS 1239, complete with funnel, wire mesh, charcoal and salt backfilling, 50 mm × 6 mm GI strip for interconnection, construction of brick masonry earth pit chamber (300×300×300 mm) with Cast Iron cover, including excavation and boring to a minimum depth of 60 ft. In case water table is not encountered at 60 ft depth, boring shall be extended up to actual water level to ensure effective earthing. The work shall include welding, G.I nut-bolt, watering arrangement, refilling, dressing, testing and commissioning complete in all respects with earth resistance value ≤ 1 Ohm.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of dedicated GI pipe earthing for neutral of 33/11 kV power transformer by boring type (Delta Earthing), comprising 40 mm dia GI pipe electrode conforming to IS 1239, complete with funnel, wire mesh, charcoal and salt backfilling, 50 mm × 6 mm GI strip for interconnection, construction of brick masonry earth pit chamber (300×300×300 mm) with Cast Iron cover, including excavation and boring to a minimum depth of 60 ft. Providing & installation of Neutral Pipe Earthing for Distribution Transformer using (1.2 to 1.5 inch) dia GI pipe electrode with 40 ft deep boring, including excavation, boring, charcoal & salt filling, watering arrangement, GI strip connection from neutral to earth electrode, testing of earth resistance as per IS:3043, complete in all respects.

Earthing of ST Pole with material in all respect including earth electrode, earth wire/strip, excavation, charcoal, salt, chamber, connection, testing and commissioning complete as per relevent IS code

Earthing of feeder panels installed in control room complete in all respect including earth conductor/strip, accessories, connection, testing and commissioning as per relevant IS code.
