Supplying, installation, commissioning and testing of transformer step down 11/0.415KV capacity 315 KVA, out door type copper wound 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 cycles per second, oil immersed naturally cooled external cooling tube core type delta connection on primary side (HV side) and star connection on secondary side (LV side) having tapping + 5% to -10% of HV in steps of 2.5% each hand operated, off load tap changing gear including first filling of new transformer oil of dielectric strength not less than 50 KV with standard fittings such as two earthing terminals for body and one additional for neutral brought out inbushing, oil level gauge indicator for level minimum and maximum, lifting lugs, name rating and diagram plate, plain breather device to prevent ingress of rain water and inserts, drain Cum sampling valve 20mm bore steel with plug,dial type thermo meter, oil filling hole 32mm threaded with plug. The transformer shall be powder coated for water/dust and vermin proof and having 02 No under base channel and 04 No wheels. Note :- (1) Transformer shall be conforming to requirements of IS:1180 (Part-I) of 2014 (2) Transformer oil shall be conforming to requirements of IS:335 of 1993 specification for new insulating oil for transformers. (a) Aluminium bus bar, 3 Phase , 4 wire , AC Supply system 50 Hz mounted on epoxy based Post insulators, including drilling hole for cable connection, rating of bus bar 100 Amps. S & F precast PCC 1:2:4 type B-2, Cable route indicator of size 15 cm x 15cm x 75 cm in dimensions with projection of 45cm above ground level and 30cm grouted in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 foundation, the exposed surface shall be painted with brown colour above ground and HT 11000 Volt/ LT 1100 Volt marked in red colour all as specified and directed.

Supplying 1000 Ltr capacity PUF insulated water storage tanks 3 layered having outer layer of FRP, middle layer of polyurethane foam 75mm thick and inner layer of HDPE (cylindrical vertical with closed top) all as specified.
