Supply and Painting of Pipes, Structures, Equipments and its supports in KGS 1and2 inside and Outside Operating Island.

Supply of semi skilled-man power for Application of Enamel/ Primer/ Epoxy/ Paint/ Metal Putty over the Metal Surfaces of pipes, fittings, equipment, panels & their supports of various sizes including cleaning/ preparation of surface by removing Loosely adhering mill scale & spatters by chipping hammer, scrapping tool, old protective coatings and rust using emery paper, brushes or combination of the above methods or with I) Disc Abrasivers, 2) Power Brushes to ST-2 standard in various plant locations in as per station requirement. Consumables and required materials will be provided by Engineer-in-charge. (Supervision is under the scope of Contractor) One Man-days is engaging one Semi-Skilled worker for eight working hours duration.

Execution of SOQR item-1 beyond eight working hours.

Supply Zinc Phosphate Primer of Berger / Asian paints / Shalimar / Nerolac make of approved shade / colour Confirming to IS 12744 (latest edition) or Equivalent standard of latest edition with test certificated issued by manufactureror (OR) NABL (OR) Government (OR) NPCIL approved lab. Supply Quantity, Color & shade shall be based on job requirement as instructed by EIC.

Supply of Hi-gloss Synthetic Enamel Paint of Berger / Asian paints / Shalimar / Nerolac make of approved shade / colour confirming to IS 2932 (latest edition) or Equivalent standard of the latest editionas with test certificate issued manufactureror (OR) NABL (OR) Government (OR) NPCIL approved lab. Supply Quantity, Color & shade shall be based on job requirement as instructed by EIC.

Supply of Thinner for enamel paint mixing of Berger / Asian paints / Shalimar / Nerolac make paints and with test certificate issued by manufactureror (OR) NABL (OR) Government (OR) NPCIL approved lab,paint shall be confirming to the relevant BIS specification of the latest edition.(Thinner shall be the same brand of paint). Supply Quantity shall be based on job requirement as instructed by EIC.

Supply of High build Epoxy paint PROTECTOMASTIC of M/s. Berger Paints (I) Ltd OR APCODUR CF-641 CS M/s. Asian Paints by manufacturers. Supply Quantity, Color & shade shall be based on job requirement as instructed by EIC. Material Test Certificate to be submitted by manufactureror (OR) NABL (OR) Government (OR) NPCIL approved lab.

Supply of Epoxy primer of Berger / Asian paints / Shalimar / Nerolac make paints of approved shade / colour with applicable test certificate issued by manufactureror (OR) NABL (OR) Government (OR) NPCIL approved lab, paint shall be confirming to the relevant BIS specification of the latest edition. Supply Quantity, Color & shade shall be based on job requirement as instructed by EIC.

Supply of Thinner for Epoxy paint mixing of Berger / Asian paints / Shalimar / Nerolac make paints and with test certificate issued by manufactureror (OR) NABL (OR) Government (OR) NPCIL approved lab, paint shall be confirming to the relevant BIS specification of the latest edition.(Thinner shall be the same brand of paint). Supply Quantity shall be based on job requirement as instructed by EIC.

Supply of primer & paint for Steel Surfaces / Structures in Acid / Alkali Handling Areas. Carbo- mastic – 15 (100 microns) + carboline – 188 (200 microns) or equivalent from Asian Paints, Berger Paints, AKZO Nobel Paints and Kansai Nerlac Paints. Supply Quantity, Color & shade shall be based on job requirement as instructed by EIC. Material Test Certificate to be submitted by manufactureror (OR) NABL (OR) Government (OR) NPCIL approved lab.

Supply of Epilux High Build Coal Tar Epoxy Paint of Berger / Asian paints / Shalimar / Nerolac make paints and with test certificate issued by manufactureror (OR) NABL (OR) Government (OR) NPCIL approved lab approved lab, paint shall be confirming to the relevant BIS specification of the latest edition. Supply Quantity shall be based on job requirement as instructed by EIC.
