Planning, Designing, and Construction of RCC framed structure building OF CIRCUIT HOUSE BUILDING (RCC G+2)" AT Tinsukia ,with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer-in-charge by incoprating stipulated specification and adopting NBC-2016 norms , NMC norms & IS Codes and guidelines complete in all respect. Note :- Plinth Area shall be measured for the actual constructed.

Planning, Designing, and Construction of RCC framed structure building OF SINGLE STOREY SECURITY BARRACK CUM GRADE IV STAFF & DRIVER DORMITORY AT TINSUKIA ,with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer-in-charge by incoprating stipulated specification and adopting NBC-2016 norms , NMC norms & IS Codes and guidelines complete in all respect. Note :- Plinth Area shall be measured for the actual constructed.

Supplying, Installation, Testing and commissioning of FURNITURE WORKS including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer In charge.

Planning, Designing and construction of Civil External development works (B (i-xi) , Boundary Wall, Horticulture & Landscape, gate and guard room, sewerage+effluent treatment plant ,water cooler , water treatment plant with RO , Tubewell and sewage & drainage pump approval of the same by the Engineer- in-Charge

Planning, Designing and Construction on EPC Basis of INFRASTRUCTURE & EXTERNAL DEVELOPMENT – Electrical Works such as Electrical sub station ,DG set , UPS System , LED Street light , CCTV syste , Solar photo voltaic power generation system, Access control system, LAN System , IP Based EPABX system and Emergency Light and Illuminated digital signages with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications, all services including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer In charge.

Low Side Sanitary Fixtures, Fittings, Electrical Fixtures, Fittings, DB’s, Panel etc and any other Capital Equipments and accessories which requires maintenance ESS, DG SETS, TRANSFORMER and as per CPWD Maintenance Manual 2019: Comprehensive maintenance ESS, DG SETS, Transformer units after three year warranty charges/maintenance. The rates shall be inclusive of all spare, accessories, consumbles, manpower, tools and tackles, replacement of parts, (except fuel , power and water) including routine servicing and maintenance of equipment etc complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.
